The Forest Heights Pizzicato has usually been good. Tonight we got a small salad and it was full of brown and wilted lettuce. The cucumbers were soggy and soft. The salad had definitely been sitting out. I called to inform, and the guy who answered didn’t really seem to care about my experience. Just said he will check the rest of the lettuce. No offer to replace my salad or refund my money. I shouldn’t have to ask with salad like this. According to all the recent bad reviews, I would say this place is going downhill.

Delivery driver obviously dropped the bag. Called for reorder and they had the balls to demand the ruined pizzas back like I was lying. “We want to learn from our mistakes.” Here is your learning lesson then, if you drop the bag, tell the kitchen to remake them instead of delivering them. That’s how you can do better.

The lamb sausage topping is one of the most delicious things over ever eaten. Also enjoyed the wild mushrooms & BBQ chicken. I highly recommend the lamb sausage though. My son got pineapple on his pizza, and as a recovering New Yorker, I’m considering disowning him for for this.

Weird pizza with 15 ingredients that said butternut squash but also happened to have sausage in it and was thus inedible for my vegetarian wife : 5.9 (due to the fact that that it made me have to cook when I got home)
Overall, great experience, think we will try the cheese pizza next time

Wow! I love this place not only are the pizza is super interesting and delicious. They also have pizzas that reflect the seasonality of our local Portland area.
Tonight I ordered this market salad and the local market pizza. Both were outrageously delicious the blueberries and blackberries on my salad were fantastic And the pizza fresco was outrageously. Delicious!
I recommend this restaurant highly! They take great pride in their pizza and if there’s a problem, they always make it right!
You can’t ask for anything else from a great restaurant!

This location is very small inside and is not set up well for the customer experience. Given the location, most people will not come here, but beware ordering from here as it can be very busy.

I am a pregnant young lady who was hungry and wanted a quick slice of pizza. I was the only customer in the store and the employee working on 9/24/24 at 1:15PM would not acknowledge me to take my order. I politely asked if she serves pizza by the slice to which she responded yes. I told her I would like a slice of pepperoni pizza and she replied I will only take your order once you get off the phone. I was so taken a back and asked her why which she would not respond. So I left. This was very poor customer service and I would not recommend this location.

Much over stuffed with mozzarella cheese thicker than the crust. Half of the taste of this pizza was rubbery cheese. Not much taste of the tomato sauce. Crust is always uneven.
This place does this problem too frequently.
Even I asked for light on cheese they don’t follow. I ate one piece from the extra large pie.

This place is a 50/50 coin flip. You either get a normal pizza where you think “hmm delicious” or you get a pizza that you just throw in the trash. Unfortunately luck hasn’t been on my side lately. I only ever order their “Just cheese” pizza. I don’t know how you can mess up this simple recipe. But you did. Next time I’ll make pizza at home. I hope the pizzicato casino is in your favor.
