We loved the Zacharia, it’s one of the not many, if not only option in Hollis, especially near the Pepperrell/Nashua area. The atmosphere is laid back and easy, and our server Brook is personal and friendly. Food came out fast given that it wasn’t too busy. Hawaiian pizza was great and penne vodka was decent. The garlic bread that came with the pasta is superb.

My husband and I wanted to try something low key, without the Valentine’s Day pretense. We both love Pizzico. We must have been there on an off night because there were problems from the start and they just did not get better. We seated ourselves, and the dining room has only about half full. We waited for a waitress. And waited. And waited. The place started filling up, and people were coming in after us. We were acknowledged but not waited on, while 3-4 families who arrived after were given menus and had drinks before our waitress even came. After about 20 minutes of this, I went to the counter to ask if someone could help us; if not we planned on leaving. Someone did come just after that. It took another 15 minutes for my husband to get his martini. We ordered food, and the appetizer came out with the dinner. I ordered fries and those were missing. And everyone who came after us received their dinners well before we did.
Our waitress did say she was new; we were understood and were not ungracious. I think if the person who tabled our food wasn’t so incredibly rude, I would not be leaving this review right now. Wanted to enjoy it as it’s close to home and the menu has a good variety. If this were just the case of a new waitress, I would probably give them another try. But you have to treat people fairly and when someone comes to voice a valid concern, don’t be a jerk. It’s a service industry.

Terrible food quality. Chicken tenders were hard, tough and obviously freezer burnt. The fries were extremely generic and didn’t have any salt or seasoning on them. It’s pretty bad when I could find better food at a dollar store than what this establishment proudly serves on their menu. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to support a greedy business owner who doesn’t care about food quality.

I’ve been here before, a couple of years ago, I think. It was my family and I and the option for dine-in or take-out, and we decided to sit it. I remember liking their French fries. The overall experience was pleasant.
Now, 01,27,2023: I ordered a large cheese and a large pepperoni pizza and loved it.
They were so good and patient at the counter/register while multi-tasking. It was all impressive.
The bathroom was nice and clean. It is for customers only.
The pizza was a hit with the family when I brought it home.

The bartender was super nice! The food was great as well! We happened to stop in when the bartender was experimenting with apple cider drinks. He gave me a couple of samples and they were fabulous! We will definitely be back again!

I frequent this restaurant a couple times a week and they always exceed expectation. The food is always fresh, delicious and full of flavor, the atmosphere makes you want to sit and enjoy the music and vibe. The staff is terrific! Always friendly and welcoming! Great for a night out or just picking up food for a night in. One of my favorite food spots!

Only giving this place a 3 star rating. The service is good and everything except the pizza is amazing. One of the best Italian and steak and cheese sub I have had in the area. Unfortunately, they have some of the worst pizza around!

All the food I’ve gotten in house and as takeout have been great, both straight off the menu and modified. The service is a bit slow, and the staff aren’t super personable. There’s drink specials each month but doesn’t seem to be a special menu. The beer menu leaves a lot to be desired, it would be better if they had some real rotating craft beer taps but they stick to safe mainstream ones. The atmosphere is a bit boring but they have some fun events that make it more interesting.

We love Zacharia’s. Food is good and drinks are good quality. Matt the general manager is excellent at his job. He makes you want to come back. All staff friendly and welcoming. This place is just what we needed in a neighborhood bar. Kind of like Cheers.
