A Chicago institution, right in our back yard! I love that Uno’s is here, and that they have finally reopened. We’ve ordered from them twice so far, and both pizzas have been hot and ready on time. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean, inviting, and properly lit with warm lights. Nothing makes a review score drop faster than bright white or daylight color temp bulbs. Atmosphere matters and Uno has it right.

Wow! What a turn around. Had the Uno deep dish, Windy City thin crust and garlic cheese bread with peppers. Everything was so fresh, crisp veggies and a buttery flaky crust!
Service was also very friendly and attentive.
I’m so glad we gave this place another try and wish the new owners the incredible success they deserve!

Such great pizza! We had the Numero Uno and the Pesto deep dish. Both were amazing. Great food, great service and the prices were good too.

So full disclosure, this $28 pizza was comped due to being ordered at 1pm for 5pm pickup. It was made immediately and thrown away, then I had to wait an hour and come back to get it after I showed up and figured out what happened 35+ minutes later. The service was great, and the staff was very polite and clearly overwhelmed and struggling. I was fully prepared to love this pizza, and was looking forward to it after having enjoyed the Chicago spot for years.
Unfortunately the pizza was AWFUL. Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I love this style of pizza, but this was poorly executed. The tomatoes were mostly whole and were entirely unseasoned. It was like popping a can of whole plum tomatoes from the store and digging in with a spoon. There was soooo much of it. Then, there was almost no cheese. The cheese that was there was nearly solid, and no melty cheese at all. The crust was mostly underdone and the pepperoni was totally floppy and had no flavor. It just tasted like tomato pie. That being said, we couldn’t even actually eat our “free” pizza.
I actually have a bigger complaint though. You have to enter through the hotel lobby. It smelled so horrific my wife couldn’t even stand and wait while I tried to figure out the missing pizza issue which did take nearly 35 minutes. The smell was overwhelmingly mold, mildew, and just old nasty stank. I honestly feel like they need to check that place for sanitary reasons because of the proximity.
I will go try it again in a few weeks, maybe months, if it’s still there literally only because the staff was so nice and all tried their hardest to help. The interior was pretty bland, so we’ll stick to carryout and avoid the smell. I’ll try the tavern style thin crust next time, but it’s going to need a minute. The 2 stars are just for the staff, and I think Sue was the person that helped sort the pizza missing problem out. She was amazing.

One server on the floor who was also the bartender. We(party of 2) arrived at 8:05pm. Seated immediately. It took us 20 minutes to get drinks(2). We put our food order(1x boneless wings, 1x small deep dish) in around 8:28pm. Manager comes out at 8:35pm and says that they cannot make the deep dish because they have to start cooling the oven but can make us a thin pizza at a discount. Boneless wings arrive to the table without celery or ranch around 9pm pizza arrives about 10-15 minutes later. The check comes out discount on the pizza is 10% .
Cassie was our server and she did fine considering her help. Manager and cooks need to be replaced.

Food was great. Customer service needs a little bit of work but the place is relatively new so I suspect maybe the work that out in the future. I would also like to see them cut down on the traffic going in and out of that I don’t want to call it a side door because it’s in the front but it’s clearly not intended to be the main entrance and we had people going in and out of it the whole time just blasting us with cold air every time they open the door. But over all it was pretty good.

My brother ordered for my birthday. NEVER again. Over $120 for 4 deep dishes pizzas that are smaller than my hand! They’re not even that tasty!! I can’t give it a zero. Will not order from again. Nor will I recommend it to my enemies.

Waited forever to get our order taken. The deep dish was soupy not very good at all. My date got the barbecue chicken thin crust, it was great. We also got the potato appetizer, barely had any cheese or bacon, was pretty much just pizza crust and instant potatoes.

Food was excellent. Got the windy city works thin crust and a small sausage deep dish. My initial complaint is they don’t take carry out orders before 7. That hopefully will change. The other issue is there is no direct entry into the restaurant. The event center was having a big druggie event and I had to pass through a group of people on drugs and pot smoke to get in. Hopefully in the future a restaurant only entrance will be put in place. Definitely recommend the food though. Reminds me of what I got in downtown Chicago.
