Was our first visit to Mia Marcos and we were not disappointed! Our margarita pizza was delicious! Thin crisp crust just the way we like it! Toppings, cheese and sauce were
perfect! We added sausage which proved a tasty addition! Best pizza we’ve had since our last visit to NYC. The service was very friendly and fast. The dining room is currently closed so hard to rate atmosphere. There are plenty of tables on the porch and patio if it’s nice weather and you’d like to eat outside.

Best pizza in town hands down! My wife and I have been coming here since they opened their food truck years ago. We were hooked from the first bite! There’s no doubt as to why they have claimed their prestigious awards in the pizza world.
I recently reached out on Facebook to the business, curious to know if they had ever considered using a pesto base as an alternative to the traditional red sauce (which is delicious). My wife loves pizza but her favorite kind comes from a place that offers a pesto option for its base. I wondered if Mia Marcos could do it better. The owner Derek responded promptly and offered to make us what we were looking for.
And they did it…in remarkable fashion! My wife nearly shed a tear after taking a bite. It was beyond our expectations! Joey in the kitchen is a master of his craft and I can’t say enough about Derek Sanchez and his devotion to customer service.
We are so happy to have Mia Marcos in our community and we will continue to support the business and spread the word. Derek Sanchez already had a successful career outside of food, but he decided to follow his passion and take a huge risk! And it paid off! We will enjoy for many years to come! Thank you again!

So I’ve been hearing great things about this place for years-drive by it many many times, and finally tried it. WOW. Everything we heard was true. This is the closest beat NY style pizza you’re gonna get in Texas……that includes Grimaldi’s. This is better! We had the pepperoni . It’s take-out but yep….it’s the best. Looks like they’re working on getting a dining room soon but- this pizza was plain and simple-the beat NY style around. Period.

This is a long over due review, and this place is hands down my wife and I’s favorite pizzeria. Everything from dough to sauce to toppings are meticulously crafted. We have gotten almost everything from the menu in the past, Pepp, danbo, margherita, meatball, suprima, and nonnna’s meatballs. All were fantastic, and you won’t be disappointed.

Been craving pizza and this was close to our house. 1st time visit. We got the Hotta Soppreseta Pizza and it was delicious. Spicy but not too spicey. Garlic knots were good too, wished it came with some marinara sauce as a dip. All seating was outside which wasn’t too bad since the weather was nice. We will definitely order from here again!

Pizza flavor is incredible. Wish there was a little more sturdiness as it flopped more than it folded, but that hardly matters when it tastes like this.
Crust had perfect char and toppings were plentiful.
I ordered the saw-cheese with added red onion and pepperoni. (Which may have been why I was getting the flop from the extra toppings.)
Would definitely order again, and will definitely recommend to friends. I wish this place had more locations!

The pizza here is AMAZING!!! I was randomly in the area and had multiple pizza options, but the margherita images on Google reviews are what drew me in.
The margherita flavors were well balanced, and it had the perfect ratio of sauce, cheese, basil, and crust. I could not stop eating slices, so good!
I had the soppressata also, it was equally tasty and salty (in a very good way).
The owner took the time to talk to us, we were the last customers right before closing and told us about their journey to get this physical location. This place is beautiful and located perfectly! Please do yourself a favor and make the trip out to enjoy some pizza!
