I was fascinated by the concept of Pizzeria Maki for a quick but unique meal when I passed by it in Greenville during a work trip.
It was easy to place an order for takeout, and although it was too cold in winter to wait on the patio, my food was ready after a quick 15 minute wait in the car.
The staff on Tuesday ensured my order was correct and checked it in front of me, then also made sure I had all the utensils and napkins I would need to eat and share. Very good pizza and sushi and I walked away with a lot of food for a reasonable price. Thanks again to the staff, everyone should check this place out

Overpriced and not worth it, we were still hungry after. We got a few sushi rolls, rice balls and the cheesesteak knots. The sushi tasted decent but each roll only comes with 6 small pieces. 3 out of the 6 cheesesteak knots were burnt, and they were dry and cold as can be as if they were just sitting out all day and they threw some toppings on it and put it in the oven for the cheese to melt. They definitely weren’t fresh garlic knots. Even my 15 year old that loves anything bread or sushi related said it sucked. We expected so much better considering the price and ritzy/snooty area but lesson learned. We’ll stick to our usual Omka down the street that never disappoints.

I don’t know who’s idea it was to fuse Italian food and Japanese cuisine… but they were RIGHT!
Asian-fusion will be a mainstay for decades it’s such a modern yet timeless style of grub ⏱️
It is a small little place so I recommend take-out.
A great choice for when you have conflicting cravings
P.S. The truffle ranch is SUPERB on pizza

Enjoyed the sushi – nice sized pieces of tuna. Salmon rice balls were tasty. Pizza was very good as well. Glad we finally tried this place out. We’ll definitely be going back.

In our home pizza has been a Sunday lunch tradition for years, but over the past year we decided to change things up with “Sushi Sunday.” We were excited to have a spot that does both really well. The Sushi is really fresh and tastefully assembled. The pizza is evenly portioned with a nice crust thats fully cooked and can handle the weight of any amount of toppings. The family is excited for the new Sunday tradition. Can’t wait to go back. Great Job.

Overall the pizza was good. My only qualm was the sauce lacked flavor. The crust on the other hand was perfect. Their sushi was mediocre. We were not impressed with the taste and its lack of freshness.
Maki’s customer service was phenomenal. They were polite, kind, and welcoming.

White pizza with bacon and shrimp was amazing! California roll and shrimp and roll was delicious! We are outside on the patio which was great! The Assistant mgr Caleb even brought our food out to the patio! This is a must for a date night!

Stopped on our way home from Valley Garden Park. Pizza & Sushi…Yes! What a crazy genius combo and done well. We got a variety to try it all out and have to say nothing was a let down. Good pizza with fresh ingredients, the Bacon Brie knots were AMAZING. And the sushi was delicious. Very generous with the tuna. Loved the creative rolls with new flavor combos…way to think outside the box.
