We love the pizza here and come here at least quarterly. They have good beer on tap which is always a plus. During the day there wasn’t a long line, it can get busy here at night to the point that its hard to find seating on at least one occasion coming here. They have lots of delicious options to choose from and “daily deals’ with great prices. This time there were little gnats flying around which was super annoying kind of took away from the experience

Excellent New York-Style Pizza and Great Atmosphere!
I recently visited Pizzeria Luigi and was thoroughly impressed! This place serves amazing New York-style pizza, available by the slice or as a whole pie. The crust was perfect, and the four-cheese pizza I tried was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had.
The service was friendly and welcoming; the staff made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. They also have a great selection of craft beers and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Pizzeria Luigi for a quick bite or a casual hangout. I’ll definitely be back!

Pretty decent pizza, the sauce is savory, which I tend to like more than a sweet tasting sauce. The crust was thin, but there were parts that were a little tough to chew due to the reheat process. The size of the slices are pretty generous, and 1 or 2 slices can be enough to fill you up. The garlic knots were amazing, they they were buttery and the garlic taste was there but not so overpowering that it stings. The restaurant itself has a punk vibe with matching music, which I thought was pretty cool. Overall, the flavor of the pizza was good, but the crust did knock off some points for me in the end.

Absolutely amazing pizza everything was very fresh and tasty. The customer service here was just as amazing as the food. The two guys that were in the front ( one with a big beard and another wearing a hat with blue eyes) very very kind and welcoming as it was our first time. The deals there are also really good. Two slices and a soda for $8 or 2 Slices and a beer for $11. You can not beat that. Will definitely be coming here again!

It’s hard to fault Pizzeria Luigi. They have a wide selection of slices, some truly imaginative combinations, a great beer selection, and a simultaneously divey and sophisticated atmosphere. It’s a cool spot that’s worth trying out at least once. It also doubles as a decent taproom even if you’re not hungry. You can’t discount the jukebox, either. Check it out!

This pizza joint is amazing. I love that you can get a whole pie or individual slices. The customer service was great and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They have brews on tap and in cans also. An old school jukebox and all the slices I tried hit the spot. I’ll for sure be visiting again.

What can I say.. As an east coast pizza snob, it doesn’t get much better than this on El Cajon Blvd when you want a slice or two. Great ingredients and done the right way.. CRUST DONE RIGHT! Cool staff and way laid back atmosphere. Drunk bites or getting 5 pies for an all day craft beer share, can’t go wrong!

The best is the crime scene. But order that as a whole pie , for your own benefit. Other slices of literally anything else are also delicious. Always good. Always fresh. Great people and just good vibes here. Haven’t tried the pasta but saw a dish of spaghetti and it looked . I can’t imagine they aren’t less than great, considering how much quality and care goes into their pizzas. Wonderful spot, great food, lots of beer options.
