This is an “order, pay, and then head to your table where they will bring you your pizza after it cooks” kind of place. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. There were lots of tables from small to huge (one large table had 12 seats comfortably). The restaurant is very open so if there were lots of people, I imagine it might get very loud.
Can’t believe this was the service from 4 people with only 3 customers!!!!! Won’t be back for a long time!!!!
I ordered a pepperoni pizza but made a couple changes to it. Most specifically subbing the 5-cheese blend for mozzarella only & then added chopped garlic.
The reason I go with mozzarella only is because I am pretty sensitive to other cheeses, especially the ones that have that super potent smell & taste. Mozzarella is super basic and almost no taste LOL i get it I’m am boring.
The issue:
A normal pepperoni pizza with 5-cheese & the shredded parmesan was delivered to my table. My GF and I just got done working out and decided to hit Limone up on the way home (super hungry).. The entire time I was eating the pizza I assumed the smell was coming from her pie.. only to realize after a couple of slices it was my pizza.. there was evidence of the added parm, the 5-cheese blend & no chopped garlic.
I was super hesitate to go up and bring up the issue since I had already eaten a couple slices, but was so disappointed I ended up going to the counter.
When explaining the situation to the dude in the front, I ended up ordering another pie, like the one I was supposed to get originally.
I reluctantly said I would pay for a new pie, just because I wanted what I originally ordered. Well darn, Limone actually made me pay up for a new pie after they delivered the wrong one to my table. Again, I get that I ate a couple slices, out of hunger, and also mentioned I was down to pay, but in what world does a business actually make the customer pay up for their mistake.
Whatever, I just wanted to share. I doubt I’ll be back. Hope you all get the experience that you expect when choosing to spend your money here.
Sharing a couple photos.. can you spot the difference between the two pies? Asking for a friend.
