Found this place by accident while exploring the back streets of Interlaken.
We were delighted to find such a great pizza restaurant. Everyone was so friendly. A local said it’s the best pizza in the whole area and we agree. A charcoal oven chars the thin, chewy crust to perfection. We had the Napoli with fresh olives and melted anchovy.
This place has won recognition for their food. All served in a charming setting, overlooking a garden and fountain.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at this fantastic Italian restaurant in Interlaken, and it exceeded all expectations! Was able to get a great gluten-free pizza here! They have separate kitchens for preparing normal pizzas and gluten-free pizza. Service was great and the interior of the restaurant was cozy.

We waited for an hour for the two pizza. One of the tables sat down at the same time as us and our pizza still didn’t arrive after they finished their appetiser and main. Another table sat down and ordered after us and they also got served their food ahead of hours. Complete lost of words. Ordered the pizza horn as it seems it’s quite well reviewed, but the dough wasn’t even fully cooked. It also tasted very blend. It definitely does not worth 28 CHF!
We chose to sit inside because of all the smokers outside, but the indoor part of the restaurant was still full on cigarette smoke because the smokers just end up blowing the cigarette smoke back inside… very unpleasant. Also all the “rules” on the signs at the door doesn’t scream very friendly to customers either.
We walked past the Il Buongustaio afterwards and it seemed to be a much better and popular option (and cheaper too). If you want to have pizza you should avoid Pizzeria Horn and try elsewhere instead.

The folks are the best. They are a family from Naples that do incredible work. They have a great brick oven and make wonderful pizza. They can accommodate gluten free very well.

One sentence – lack of respect for customers. I’ve never heard of such bs, these practices are unacceptable and should be illegal. I even witnessed another clients that made photo of these “rules” and left the restaurant after. I will never eat in this circus.

It is a family owned establishment. Amazing pizza (best i ever had). The staff is super friendly as well.. we tried there recommendation and it was money, delicious, smokey and crisp.

Food was definitely made with love! The pizza was so delicious! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Ordered the margarita pizza. My bf had the Cannelloni Napoletani and he said it was amazing and will probably never have anything close to this again. The staff was so welcoming and if I did not live 5k miles away I would come back ASAP!
