I had a great experience at Boema on a Friday night! The staff were super friendly and very attentive. I didn’t have to wait long for my food to arrive and everything was delicious! The pizza crust was very light and both the red and white pizzas had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The pizzas are all 12” and 6 slices so I would suggest ordering around one pizza per member of your party depending on how hungry you are. Boema also boasts a large selection of salads and some excellent garlic bread!

The overall vibe was nice and relaxed, and we really enjoyed sitting outdoors—it was cool and comfortable. The food took a bit longer than expected, especially the pizza. The pesto sauce was a little too salty for my taste, but the broccoli had a rich, buttery flavor that I really enjoyed. A cozy spot, though I hope the kitchen timing improves a bit.

Had lunch here after watching a rehearsal at Tanglewood. Nice outdoor setting at the back. Pizza crust was baked perfectly. My wife ordered gluten free crust and it was surprisingly crispy but not hard. The toppings were ok.

5/5 pizza at decent prices, with good service and ambience. We’ve come here on vacation twice and been impressed both times. The only buyer-beware of note is that both times we ordered the pepperoni without hot honey and it came w/ honey the first time (though they graciously remade and comped the pizza).
Recommended dish: Tartufo pizza (truffle, mushroom, arugula)

This place was so good we had to go twice! We were in town for the week and looking for some great vegan options for myself. I love pizza so I was surprised to find a pizza place that had vegan options! And they didn’t disappoint! The first time I tried the vegan meat lovers and absolutely loved it! I was able to customize it a bit and add onions and mushrooms. Got the Brussels and they were good too. Jennifer was our server that day and she was AMAZING! However we went back again and this time and I tried the vegan tartufo and it is hands down my favorite menu item (coupled with the vegan focaccia bread)!! I seriously couldn’t recommend this pizza and this restaurant enough! I can’t remember our server’s name the second time we went but she was really great too! So if you’re in the area and looking for something both vegans and non vegans can enjoy, and you like pizza, most def give this place a try!!

What an amazing place. I was honestly not expecting to find pizza this great in the middle of the Berkshires.
The place is very nice, cozy, with friendly staff.
But the pizza was AMAZING, highly recommend for anyone in the area (or willing to drive for great pizza).
Perfect thin, crust, oven burnt borders, fresh ingredients.

This was one incredible pizza shop! They serve Neapolitan pizza and they have a vegan menu with tons of great options. The pizzas are cooked in a brick over at high temps (900° is what we heard) so don’t be surprised if the pizza has a few charred spots. It’s normal and typical of the style. They’re about 12 inches in size and good as a full meal if you’re hungry.
The restaurant itself is charming, well decorated, and clean. It’s not very big, but it still feels nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and pleasant with every interaction. It wasn’t very busy on a Sunday afternoon and our party was seated right away. Our food didn’t take long either, just about 15 minutes for our 4 pizzas.
My wife and I split a salad and they kindly split it into two plates without us even asking and I appreciated that. The pear and Gorgonzola salad was refreshing and light , well dressed, and added a nice brightness before we dove into any pizza. We ordered both the Bianca and the Pepperoni they were absolutely heavenly. The dough and the sauce are the perfect compliment to the wonderful toppings. Both of the pizzas balanced sweet and savory flavors and all of the ingredients were fresh. This is better than any Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever had. Our friends had 2 of the vegan pizzas and gave similarly glowing reviews for the margherita and the tartufo. Making a beautiful pie like these is not easy and this place absolutely knocked it out of the park.

Really good pizza. However, for wood fired it had too much of a flop. Two more minutes in the oven and it would have been perfect. Service was excellent. Would dine here again.

Such a delightful place that I’d come back every time I am in town. Went twice, about a month apart, during the summer festival. Consistent great service; both times the servants were happy and attentive. Loved the artistic and refreshing decor, and the fact that the tables are not crowded and you get your own (comfortable) space (compared to other places nearby). Loved the pizza, the arugula salad, and the red sauce of meatball (I cleaned the bowl with rim of the pizza, that’s how good the sauce was ). 4-min drive (6-min on a day of Yo-yo Ma) from Tanglewood, and is one of the better places that open early (12pm) to allow enough time to capture the 2:30pm performance. The second time there we saw musicians from the orchestra – pretty cool that two hours ago you were in the same restaurant a few feet apart and then you saw them on the stage.
