We had a wonderful interaction with staff. The place immediately sparks joy. Whimsy and good feelings are manifested with the decor.
Now, on to the treats. We were offered ice cream samples. And ended up eating pumpkin and banana pudding, which were both superb. The flavors of each were authentically created and a refreshing change from other ice cream’s artificial flavors.
Afterwards, we ordered 7 artisan chocolate creations. We enjoyed 3 in the store and 4 when we returned home. Our staff member was excited to share the process on how cinnamon roll was infused into Let the Good Times Roll. And this added to our experience.
Our top 2 were: Pumpkin up the Volume, and yes, Let the Good Times Roll. For us, we appreciated the straightforwardness of these flavors.
We also ordered: a cookie, Macarons, and one Orange Habanero Caramel.
The cookie was very good.
The Macarons were OUTSTANDING. We would 100% get more of any flavor to try. These were as near perfection as any I have ever had.
And last, but definitely not least…the caramel. This caramel was one of the most interesting and delicious sweets I have ever had. The flavor continued to build. The depth and simplicity were paired perfectly. I would highly encourage you to try this.
We drove from Nashville to Huntsville for the weekend. This was the only thing I really wanted to do. And I would 100% recommend including it or making a day trip for here.

This place is amazing!! The atmosphere, the service, the chocolate❤️. I got the Day-o which was their tribute to Beetlejuice. It was so good. Yes, the price is a little high BUT if you are familiar with high quality chocolates AND you can appreciate the expertise it takes to not only create these confection but the exquisite decorations on them, it is worth every penny. All of the chocolates are shiny (means they know how to properly temper chocolate) and the attention to detail is top notch.

It was my first time here today and it was completely worth it. All the raving reviews are correct. Each confection is incredible. We did a tour and sampled their homemade marshmallow fluff and European buttercream. This place will knock your socks off. And the staff is exceptionally nice. When you see the work they put into their handmade chocolates and cakes… just trust me… you’ll understand everything about the place. Go get you a few chocolates, a little cake, a s’more. I brought home a bag of them.

The sisters who own this shop have a passion for chocolate that shows in their creations. From their individual chocolate masterpieces to their luxurious hot chocolate, every single item here is utterly masterful and an absolute delight. I’ve been going to Pizzelles Chocolates for 11 years now and in all that time not only have I never seen the quality ever decrease but I continue to be amazed by the quality, flavor and creativity of their amazing creations. My personal favourites are the hot chocolate with lavender marshmallows, the seventh street truffle and their bourbon caramels, but I highly recommend trying absolutely everything to try to find your own favourite!

What an adorable place to enjoy the most flavor-FULL confections in Huntsville if not the world?!!! There are no words to describe the burst of culinary extravagance that plays upon the tongue. This place!!!! No joke we saw the USA Today article and got in the car. It was so worth the drive. The atmosphere is fun and deeply positive. The staff was so engaged in the customers. They took time to make my child feel more than just welcomed. As far as the food..WOW just WOW.
