I didn’t realize how much I missed having a bakery like this until I walked through the door! I recently moved here from the Southwest, where French bakeries, gourmet donuts, and swoon-worthy pastries were a regular part of life. This place instantly brought those memories (and cravings) back.
The sourdough? Perfection. The cookies? Dangerously good. I’m already excited to see what new treats I’ll discover on my next visit. One stop here, and you’ll be hooked. Trust me, your pastry rotation is about to level up.

Went into this cute little spot to check out what they had a nice selection of good stuff. Me and my wife would and then chose a couple of sweets. I bought the triple chocolate tart, and she got some guava cake. We both enjoyed them and the staff was really nice. It’s a nice little hidden gem. The 2 would love to go to and buy some sweets for the day. If you have a sweet tooth, this place will definitely fulfill it. It’s located in Mill #5

I live out of the Lowell area but still have family in the area, and I ordered two cakes, one for each of my 9 year-old nephews for their birthday recently. I called the bakery on a Sunday and Shannon answered my call. I asked her if it would be possible to have 2 custom cakes ready by Tuesday (two days later) and if she had delivery available. She said yes and delivery was possible. I was able to place the order via email, she was very responsive, she even sent me pictures of the finished products and they were stunning! She delivered the cakes to my brother and sister in law’s house as scheduled. I heard the cakes tasted as good as they looked; very fresh and you could taste the quality. Payment was easy, Shannon has e-pay options. Shannon went above and beyond to deliver high quality products with high quality (not to mention highly convenient) customer service. I highly recommend Shannon and her team for your next special occasion!

I went to Pizzelle for the first time yesterday:
When I was in the bakery, a manager (the owner?) scolded an employee about how she boxed my pastries. The manager did it in front of me, loudly. It was really mean and humiliating. Do not treat your employees that way. Not acceptable.
The pastries themselves are unique. I liked the selection. Many uncommon items. I liked some of them more than others. But I can’t spend any more money at Pizzelle if the level of conduct by ownership is that low.

Pizzelle’s bakes are delightful. I tried their cake decorating class and had a lovely time as well. The owner/instructor made you feel very comfortable and I feel like I learned a lot. Plus we got to try some of their pastries as we decorated!
