1 HR 25 minutes for delivery and I am less than 2 miles away. $20 for an almost warm pizza. Yes, I chose convenience because I am talking care of 2 elderly ladies and one is terminally ill. In the future if I can’t pick it up, we won’t be having pizza.

They provided really good service. The lady on the phone took the order, said it would be about an hour. The delivery guy arrived within the hour, was ready to except payment at the door with his card reader. The pizza was hot and delicious.

UPDATE: If I was going to rate Pizzazz strictly based on the flavor of their pizza, they would have received 3 stars. But things like value, customer service, and overall experience matter too. For $20, I expect a higher quality pizza. Comparing them to Wise Guys is almost unfair, since that’s literally the best pizza I have ever had. But pizzas I’ve gotten from local joints in other areas are also higher quality for about the same price. It is also worth mentioning again the inconvenience of them not accepting payment over the phone (leading to a less pleasant experience). So the quality vs price of the pizza, the digestive discomfort most of my group experienced after eating from here, on top of the payment issue, lead me to originally leave a 2 star review. But customer service is VERY important to me, and is a very important part of overall experience anywhere. The Manager replied within minutes to my original review, and rather than being apologetic that we had suffered from diarrhea for most of the day following eating their pizza, they attacked me. Accusing me of having no proof that they were in the wrong. Maybe it was food poisoning (which is where the Manager’s mind immediately went to, based on their reply), or maybe an ingredient just didn’t sit well with us. Sadly, after reading other replies they have made over the years, this seems to be the standard reaction. So, based on poor customer service, I am reducing my 2 star review to a 1 star review.

Grandy doesn’t have alot of options and definitely doesn’t have delivery other than pizzazz. We like to help and support the smaller businesses so even after bad experiences 2nd and 3rd chances have been given. Well, shame on us! Called, placed order, told 1hr delivery, hour 1/2 later call to check on the delivery status and the order hadn’t been completed, I was told it would be another hour, I canceled the order explained that this was not the first time and we wouldn’t be ordered from.them again. The response and customer service was not professional.

My family drove 3 hrs to H2OBX, stopping at Pizzaz on our way home, another 3 hrs. The Waterpark was fine, but the pies from Pizzaz made the while trip worthwhile. Thanks again for the awesome pizza.
