I met Larry years ago in Ansonia with his partner, at the time Louie. They had a brick oven and their pizza was so much better than most of the area pies. I went there for years until Larry started his own place here in Seymour. It’s a family run operation and the pizza is as good as always. Brings back memories as my mom loved their pizza. This place is awesome so try it and you will add it to your favorites list.

In the area and wanted pizza! My family normally orders from here so I decided to pick up a pizza! It was really good! Their pizza sauce is delicious and the pizza is not soggy but not too crispy. It was just right! Definitely have to try other options next time. The service was good too!
Tried the chicken parm with angel hair pasta, tonight. Wow was it delicious! Came with a nice fresh salad too! Love this place!

Absolutely love their pizza but was very disappointed recently. I ordered a pizza with extra toppings (eat-in) and it came out surprisingly fast. Too fast and not hot enough to be made freshly. It was between lunch and dinner time so there is no doubt that it was a left over pie that was reheated with just the extra toppings added. They have also cut down on the amount of cheese on the pizza. When customers are paying $20+ for a pizza they expect to get one freshly made with the right amount of ingredients. Hope they do better.

My wife works down the road and bought a cheese pie for me for lunch. Simply put, it was probably the best CT pizza I ever had. Reminds me of back in the day in Queens and Brooklyn. We’ve tried all of the highly reviewed new haven spots, we go around trying different pizza places in CT, this place has them beat.

Our first pizza here! We got a large “special”. Was ready on time and perfectly cooked. It was excellent. Not “thin-crust, New Haven style” but not thick crust either. Nice, well-cooked brown crust and perfect on top. I couldn’t have asked for better. Great ingredients, flavor and taste.

I love this place, I take my kids here all the time. Pizza has a great taste. The cheese is the best. Garlic knots out of this world. Calamari was fresh and not over cooked. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. Well o have already lol. So I’d say best place in Seymour hands down. Just wish they were open today!!
