Very specifically left notes on what I didn’t want in my food, and they still put it in there any way. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was even at the window to pick up my food. They really need more people working. Update Decided to give them another try. Specifically asked for no green olives and no banana peppers. When I got to the window comments were made about how they checked it 3x and how they were disappointed with my review. As the owner handed me my food I said thank you and she said yep triple checked. Well guess what I have green olives in my salad even though it was triple checked. I was not going back to the window as I had already waited 47 minutes for my salad and got a not so nice attitude from the owner. I did not want a scene infront of the customers. I have just chosen to no longer order from this business.

Made the trek from Traverse City because someone recommended their sandwiches and they did not disappoint (even after waiting from the drive back to TC). Good balance of ingredients IMO, but some may think it’s a bit bread heavy since they use their pizza dough instead of a typical hoagie bun. Chicken Tenders were a great value and tasty. Ranch was awesome and tasted homemade. Pizza was really solid with plenty of ingredients. Cheese tasted like it was good quality and sat well with my stomach. Dough was the best part of the pizza. Ice cream was delicious with a wide variety of options.
Ordering through the app. was easy and great way to accrue future rewards. Staff was friendly. We’ll definitely be back despite the drive.

Drive thru isn’t labeled well (at least in winter we couldn’t see it), but the food is filling and delicious. New manager was accommodating for the drive thru gaff. WE (two people) had a chicken sandwich, no tomato and add bacon. Spent $13 for a good lunch that filled us right up. Definitely coming back thru again.

Stopped by on the way back from Traverse city on an early summer night.
Staff were just fine. Took our order, did their jobs. I know ice cream place in the summer is a busy job so Im not going to give them too much flak.

We were up visiting family and stopped in for some ice cream. We will for sure be back to try the pizza, however great variety of ice cream, fantastic portions for a great price. Family owned and you’re treated with respect. The owner Dusty and his son Jack was there , order was fully correct and prompt service, in which they both go above and beyond for their customers. The raspberry dairy free option is fantastic. Quality place and we highly suggest it.

Brandi the manager here is excellent! You can tell she’s spent most of her career in hospitality, she is kind, professional and keeps thing very organized. She works her butt off to ensure the public is able to stop and enjoy the delicious food they offer!!!
I’ll mention she was so helpful the day my family and I got into a major car accident in front of the establishment, not to mention on my son’s birthday. She quickly took us in, made us hot coco, a pizza and was very generous in a time we were shook up! She was a blessing, she didnt hesitate. To anyone who is leaving unkind reviews about this hard working women should reconsider before slandering someone’s name.
You may have caught her on a bad day, maybe a busy one and all she could offer was professionalism that was mistaken for rudeness.

Ommgg I just had the BBEESSTT dirt cup around…the gummies were so soft and bouncy, bursting with delicious flavor. I got the moomers ice cream…wooaahh best ice cream around, my only regret is not trying it sooner. I’ll definitely will be back, thank you so much!

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a hot fudge sundae, when it came I said does it have pecans? The person behind the window said no you didn’t ask for them in a very condescending tone and then a women came up and said “you would have to pay for them” ok number one I have ordered a hot fudge sundae many times one other time from this very place and NEVER had to ask for pecans. Two if I had known that this sundae was just ice cream and a chocolate sauce I would have paid for said pecans and a caramel sauce…..very dissatisfied with the attitude and the sundae
