Food was lukewarm (Takeaway collected on time) soggy base. I had a burnt end pizza and there were two small pieces of meat on it.
The chicken wings were barely cooked but not pink
So not a great experience for what was 2 pizzas and 2 sides for £55…
Really not good enough!
Update. Service score just went down. Limp / standard managerial response! I guess a response is better than none at all.

We only ordered a takeaway, but the service and food delivered as usual. A special shout out of Jazz, who was incredibly patient in taking our order and running us through the finer details on the menu. The usual superb performance.

Thank you for replying. The staff were off hand and unwelcoming. The atmosphere felt like the staff were doing us a favour by serving us. I understand it was busy but so are many other restaurants but they still make you feel welcome and not like you are an inconvenience. We will try again another time.

Firstly, Jonny is a fantastic server with a friendly smile, positive attitude and a fab sense of humour, so please pass on our thanks to them.
We came here on a busy Saturday night, but were accommodated in a quieter area of the restaurant which was lovely.
Service was quick, friendly and when we got confused with the app, Jonny answered our questions to the best of their knowledge.
Food was delicious. We both had the Fiorentina pizza – Which always brings back memories from childhood as we have eaten here on several occasions over the past 10-12 years and we always had the Fiorentina when I was a teen. I’m so glad the recipe hasn’t changed. Yum!! The egg was perfectly runny!
Will definitely be back. Great place with a great bunch of staff to match the vibe.

We used to go to Pizza Express every week. It has gone soooo downhill. The dough is like cardboard and the toppings are terrible, staff are overworked and can’t deliver decent service.
My guess is the accountants have taken over and they think noone will notice the cost cutting. Bye bye Pizza Express.

This is our first time at the Malborough branch. We thought the food and service were one of the best experiences we have had at a PE. Service was great and all food was fresh and hot. Brilliant.

Wow. Just wow. From minute one the atmosphere and smell of this restaurant was impeccable. Food yes. Service yes. When one of our pizzas hit the floor, a replacement was offered as priority one. It’s hard to name our favourite employee who helped us to day but if i had to narrow it down I would have to say either Jaz, Johnny, Remi, Linette or Amanda. Will return asap
