The very kind and helpful young man working as the cashier offered me a deal so I could have a soda with my breadsticks. I declined and then showed up later having forgotten my wallet. Everyone was very patient with me as I arranged payment over the phone. Store was clean and tidy, well lit. Breadsticks order came with the right amount of cheese—a lot!

I haven’t a clue how Btown has suffered this pizza for so long. It’s drier than my mamaw’s…..kibble. It’s just cheese sprinkled on top of dry bread with no sauce, yuck. This is a case where buying local is not better than just getting Domino’s (or a better local like Mother Bear’s or Aver’s).

After a splendid night out on the town. The misses and I decided to indulge in a fanciful pizza feast. I was distraught to find my Italian delicacy to be as cold as the Antarctic wind. Although the pizza seemed to be a miss, I held out hopes for my breadsticks, which arrived without any sauce! For a country that values pizza as much as Americans do, the businesses that uphold this culture staple often leave customers empty handed.

We were a little disappointed with our meal tonight. We arrived at the beginning of our pick-up window, got our food, then drove 3 min. home. Our pizza ended up being room temp with very little red sauce. They also forgot to include the garlic dipping sauce we ordered with the breadsticks. Generally Pizza X is pretty good, but tonight was not their night.

Delicious, hot and fresh pizza every time. Their regular pizza tastes like what Papa John’s used to be, and probably even a bit better than that, because Papa John’s was never all that good, that’s the childhood nostalgia talking.
If you’re feeling bold, their monthly specialty pizzas that will make you wonder what on earth they were thinking when they came up with that, and then they still manage to make those delicious too. They have explored the distant horizons of pizza possibility, and they’ve only been made stronger by the depths of cosmic pizza knowledge that would destroy a lesser man.

Pizza X East got me through college. The best part of a day was making the choice to get Pizza X, even if it was already a great day. On rare occasion I’ll be missing some sauces but that’s life (and many times before they have run the sauces out to me on their driver’s next run, so yay!) and the food is already so tasty (although the ranch and cheese are so good I could drink it). I looooove Pizza X and the east location is killing it.
