Ate there when they first opened last year and was pretty good. Was less enjoyable as the year went on. We gave up on them last year.
They just opened for the year, so hoped would be good again. It was NOT. They were down to two beers and never offered a menu.
Waited over an hour for food and wife’s mushrooms were cold. Had greasy fish and chips. Never tried the coleslaw as never received silverware. $65 and 90 minutes will never get back!
Neighboring table (dad and kid) asked for condiments and guy dressed like chef rolled his eyes.
Take the extra 10 minutes and drive your boat to Flat Creek. Better food, better service and less expensive.

The best food we’ve had at the Marina. My family had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, the Chicken Cesar Pizza and Wings. The service was extremely friendly. We love having gourmet food on the water. Highly recommend.

For a restaurant at a marina there is no kids menu, nothing really for kids portion wise or food selection. Grilled Cheese wood have even been good. Food was ok. Service was great. Just thought for a marina restaurant it would have a kids menu since lots of families go through there. Was nothing really our toddler would eat, we had to buy a full size meal for him seriously. Some more care for kids, and those families with them would make this a better place. If you have older kids that can eat off adult menu, not bad place. Will come back if or when they have a good kids menu for those not able to eat from adult menu.

First off this review is not intended to keep anyone away from this establishment but hopefully educate owners and management of serious issues with service and how things should be handled. We came in today to eat lunch and the place was moderately busy. I say moderately because there was one group in front of us waiting for a table for 7 and then 3 in my party. We saw seating at the bar and asked one of the staff if we could sit there. A young lady said yes then went to tend to her customers. We sat there for at least 10 minutes without anyone asking us if we needed anything or even acknowledged our presence. Finally an older woman came up and said “It’s a 30 minute wait, we are slammed, there’s tickets hanging” I said no problem can we get some drinks? She just turned around and walked off. So I guess the 30 minute wait was just to be given any service what’s so ever! Not to mention that there was at least three empty tables now in the place and they just sat there unbussed for 10 minutes. While a group was waiting outside just to be seated. We would have gladly waited to eat had we been given a chance to even order a drink or anything. It was shameful the way the older woman handled things. We know it’s tough to staff places and train people properly on customer service especially when they obviously have no prior knowledge or experience in the area. We know this is a chain and I will say that after we got up and left, do to the complete failure in our attempt to get some service, we took the boat over to the one at Hideway and had a great pizza and service. Wish we could have had a good experience in Cape Fair but no such luck!

Excellent. Really good pizza. I was a little skeptical of eating here. Didnt have high expectations but was pleasantly really surprised at how good the food was. Will definitely be back.

Stopped for appetizers and the wings were perfect the nachos are great with 3 different meats and cheese curds are the best I ever had. Sitting outside by the water made the whole experience top notch. The wait staff was friendly and on top of it!

First time here and it won’t be our last. Stopped in for lunch after a morning of boating. Server was prompt and personable. Food was very tasty, had the chicken bacon panini. Fries nice and crispy, cole slaw tangy. Nice sitting outside and watching the turtles.

Customer service is lacking with take out. Came in stood in line for 15 mins at the register. It took that long to checkout to lady’s in front of me. While waiting to be acknowledged as a customer two more customers walked in stood beside me. Then two more walked in and walked out so to lack of attention by the staff. Then once attention was made ( not to me by the way) to the couple that came in after me they was only there for maybe 5 mins. Now I have been standing there in line waiting 20 mins for someone to say hi dine in or carry out. Never happened had to walk to the counter and say can u get some help. For the food that is sitting on the shelf getting cold. So I’ve worked customer service for years, putting people in front of people and not paying attention to who comes in doesn’t seem right? How would you feel if you came in a place of business looking for help waiting for acknowledgment from someone that works there and never get it. But someone comes in after you and gets it right away? Put your self in those shoes and how would you feel?
