In leu of some friendly competition, one of the guys working there had asked me to let me know if their pizza is better than granite city’s since I mentioned having been there. So here’s my review lol
No idea if he’ll see it.
This location and granite city’s location is actually the same. Both pizzas were great. In comparison, Belleville (this place) gave me way more chicken on my pizza though.
So consider yourself the winner haha.

So the pizza is normally very good but today I ordered the pizza shown in the pics with double provolone cheese, so after I opened this didn’t look like extra cheese. I called the store and the manager was belligerent because I said I wasn’t happy with my order, and he wouldn’t do anything to fix it. Wtbs, they probably lost a loyal customer

It’s very unfortunate that I have to rate this establishment so low as the flavor and the quality of the pizza was rather delicious.
I ordered online on 5/12. I selected a 3 pizza deal with 3 one-topping pizza. I chose the meat lovers for one, assuming any extra fees would be added on, and I paid. I then received a call from the owner who said the was an ongoing error with the system and that if upgraded to a meat combo I’d need to pay extra. I said to make it a 1 topping, but the back and forth continued. After much and and forth, the order was placed. Then when I went to pick it up they had canceled my order and I had to repay. What an absolute mess. Since the owner admitted it was an internal system problem – I can’t believe he called me. This was my first visit and was hoping to find a Friday night pizza spot but I will now never return.

Always great food, fantastic service, all the employees all the way up to the main managers are fantastic, always pleasant and friendly, our food always arrives on time or before quoted hot and fresh plus our order is correct everytime which is hard these days, definitely recommend if your looking for good pizza wings etc we are regulars and wouldn’t go anywhere else around town

I must say I haven’t been to this place in years many years. Went in there today and was talking with the owners and was very impressed. They still tossed their pizza dough. I ended up getting wings but I’m definitely going back for a pizza I saw some of the finished products and they looked amazing

Heard nothing but bad things about this specific location but i decided to give them a try anyway…they did nothing but prove their poor reputation to be true!!! …..i placed an order was told 45-50mins so after an hour and nothing. I call in, the manager says food should be here any minute they are short on drivers. Food arrives 30minutes later…i tell them I refuse to pay full price for this. they offer 20%off my next visit i told them there won’t be a next visit if he doesn’t do something to make this right he then takes 20% off this order. So im already mad then I open the food only to find its worse than the service!!!!! Only way to describe it would be Cold, slapped together slop!!!! I threw it away after trying one soggy toasted ravioli…didn’t even try the “SANDWHICH”. Threw it all away and called steak out!!!!!

Pizza always taste great. I even like the toasted ravioli at this location. When I order for a pickup, the pizza is always on time and ready to go. But seem that when you have to have it delivered it turns in to long times. This could be a staffing issue or because the pizza is so good they have a lot of calls.
