The Pizza Window is really only worth it for its convenience. With all the restaurants on the Boardwalk having over an hour and a half wait, I gave it a try but unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t there. The ingredients didn’t taste great, and the pizza itself had more of a fast-food flavor rather than something worth the price.
That said, if you need a quick bite, it does the job. The mini cannolis were actually pretty good, but I’d skip the salad. Next time, I’ll definitely make a reservation so I don’t have to settle for this.

No complaints at all about this window de pizza. I wish yummy food came through every window. I got several slices of pepperoni pizza. When they say slice, it’s a slice in the sense that it’s not a whole pizza. It’s more like a quarter of a pizza. Large portion size doesn’t equal good, but a large portion of something as good as this is great. The bottom of the crust is evenly brown, but not burnt. The pizza is thin, but not crunchy (crunchy thin crust isn’t bad but maybe some people don’t prefer it). The sauce has a hint of sweet and the cheese is delicious. The crust itself is flavorful. Every time I’ve been at the window, the slices have been… elevated in temperature and available for immediate purchase (that should take care of any copyright issues). They also sell cheese pizza slices, whole pizzas, cannolis (definitely get some of those), alcoholic beverages and have a pitcher of complimentary iced water that’s located outside of the window and to the left.

$10 for a slice of pizza?! Come on Disney!!! Such a disappointment. We also ordered the mini cannolis. They are lemon flavored and there was no mention of lemon on the menu, so another disappointment. There was a woman by the name of Jen working, I believe a manager and there was nothing Disney about her, meaning she was not friendly at all. Love this resort, but disappointed with this place on every level.

The pizza here is not good. I would even say it’s bad. No flavor, tastes and feels like cardboard and way too expensive for what you get.
For two sodas and four slices it was $51.
Sure it’s a convenient spot if you want something quick, but it won’t be good.
Also four slices equals one weird sized pizza. One slice was completely a bubble so no sauce or cheese on it.

We have been ordering pizzas from this location for years when we stay at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort. The pizza is pretty good, more on the soft doughy side, but good. Always hits the spot! This location does get many orders so you have to be patient waiting. They also offer room service. I highly recommend when in the area.

I wanted to add a one star review to help Disney get the picture.
There is an amazing pizza place sharing the same building and it’s called Trattoria Al Forno.
But Trattorria doesn’t offer their pizza on the To-Go menu.
It has something to do with the HORRIBLE pizza window that’s out front.
The pizza window is not the same pizza as Trattoria.
There’s a solution to this though: Just book a table at Trattoria Al Forno for one person.
Order the pizza you want and then tell them you want it to go.
Then leave with a much better pizza than the pizza window.

I do understand this is Disney. But $10 for mediocre pizza. Hits the spot if you need something quick. Crust was good.

They used to be super slices, at one point they were but as of late they have gotten smaller, four slices used to equal a large pizza now four slices are about the size of a medium pizza. They are not made to order so cheese is never gooey, it’s a shame it used to be a good spot for a late time meal.

If you would like your pizza cut into slices make sure they listen and cut it like you asked before they hand the boxes over to you because they have a weird rule that they cannot take it back (even to cut the slices) once they hand the pizza over to you. When i went back to ask for the slices to be cut they said they cannot cut them for me and to use a plastic knife located outside the window. The knife was flimsy and was not helping me so i went back to ask again and again they said they cannot take the pizza back. I explain how frustrated i was because i clearly asked for the pizza to be cut before i paid and they still did not listen to my request so another lady came over and said in a rude attitude “if you throw these away we can get you new slices and cut them” i said okay thanks and as i was watching her she was throwing the slices angrily into the boxes, cutting them fast and then throwing the boxes over to me and sarcastically said “have a nice day” and thry both started laughing at me as i walked away. When i opened the box i saw that two of the slices had bubbles in them so she purposely gave me bad slices the 2nd time around…very rude and not professional at all!
