Stopped here during our Kansas trip from Omaha and it turned out to be a great pizza break. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked with a great crust – not too thick, not too thin.
The real surprise was the dessert pizza – absolutely worth it.
Friendly service, relaxed vibe, and a solid spot to refuel while traveling. Would definitely stop again if we’re in the area!

Absolutely hands down best pizza I’ve had! My wife and I decided hey we’re in the mood for pizza. My wife said I’d like to try Pizza West. Short drive since we live in Shawnee. We had a braided crust pesto chicken with black olives. Fantastic! Lily our server was on her game with great service and a beautiful personality. The atmosphere included a game room with Pinball, upside down hanging lamps and even you’ll shoot your eye out kid A Christmas Story Leg lamp from Frageelee While we were enjoying our pizza we were watching the musical Greese at the booth! We will be back!

This place feels like it’s on the verge of bankruptcy. Everything is dirty, the service is terrible, the pinball and vending machines are out of order, the salad bar has brown lettuce. The bathroom faucet is gross. Maintenance and cleanliness issues literally everywhere.

Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked . The staff were super friendly and welcoming – they made the whole experience even better. The vibes are amazing, especially with the fun pinball machines that add such a cool, playful touch to the atmosphere. Great service, great food, and a great time overall. Definitely coming back again!

This was my first time at pizza west. Most definitely did NOT disappoint. I had a spin art dip appetizer, absolutely fantastic. Way too much for me alone. I also ordered an 11” pizza with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, chicken, and bacon. The crust was phenomenal. Not flimsy and had a great taste. The pizza alone would’ve been too much for me and was an unbelievably well priced for how good it was. Definitely recommend. The service was also great. Greeted very quickly and the server was very polite and speedy

Disappointed! Quality of our favorite pizza place has went way down. I ordered a pizza they said would be ready in 30 min, but I went ahead and came in to make large salad (from a not so fresh salad bar) anyway they said my pizza was done. I noticed the box wasn’t even warm when I carried it out. I got an old pizza, it has weird burning on half a was barely room temperature and chewy vs the normal cracker crust. I ended up throwing it and the salad away. Over $40 for ineditable food.

This is some of the best pizza I have had in KC! The calzones are about as big as your head and are excellent. Get the ranch on the side! The wings are another outstanding menu item. I’d recommend trying all of it.
