These guys come out in their food truck in 90 degree weather to the office I was visiting on a work trip. They had a rough start with some wet wood, but powered through and sweat a bunch. I didn’t mind the wait, and the pizza was incredible. Great crust and char. The flavors were amazing. I highly recommend it.

Owner Rocco Flores is a gem. We often order their Two for Tuesday pizza special when we don’t feel like cooking. There’s more than pizza here, though. Last night we attended their Pasta-Wine Pairing pre-Valentine’s Dinner. Fresh pasta dishes were delicious and creative; the wine pairings were fabulous and thoughtful. We love Pizza Vita’s connection to the community and their creative spin which use fresh ingredients (& local when available—menu changes with seasonal specials). If you see one of their pizza trucks at an event, try them. Better yet, come to Summit and experience their cozy BYOB restaurant’s full menu.

I hired the Pizza Vita truck for a party. They were fantastic. Even in terrible weather, the team arrived early, set up a great display, were super friendly with our guests & the food… Wow! It was so, so good! The guests loved getting to pick their own pie and watch it made in front of them. I appreciated that they had gluten free options for the few guests that needed it. My personal favorite was the “drunken” vodka pie!

I have had the pizza truck at both a private event at my home, and at a school event through the PTO. At both events, I have gotten SUCH positive feedback – both for the pizza (the best in my and many other’s opinions!) and for the friendliness of the staff. Even though it is made to order, they are so efficient and have such a great system, no one is waiting for an excessive amount of time for their fresh hot pizza!! Other people were very impressed with their gluten free options too. I can’t say enough good things.

I got the kale ceaser salad and garlic Parmesan wings. The food was soo delicious. I also tried the Oreo cake pop and it was great. Claudio made this experience even better with his above and beyond customer service. The food and the staff both 10/10!
