To the older gentleman who was bartending mid day on Friday 12/19/25,
Thank you so much for your compassion and kindness you showed to my brother and I Friday afternoon. We came in to the bar for the very first time after walking down the street from the hospital to order some to-go food for ourselves and our mom and sister. You saw one of our hospital stickers and could tell we were not okay.
Instead of asking questions, you did something for us that you don’t even know how much it meant. We, along with many other family members, had been sitting by my dad’s bedside and had just gotten news that it was his time. We needed some air and some food and stumbled upon your incredible place. When we were there I couldn’t help think how much he would have loved that little bar and he would have joined right in the conversation and moment we had. That one was for our dad.
Our dad passed away that night. Thank you for such a special moment that my brother and I will be able to remember forever.

I had the chicken parmesan and I would have it again. Fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Bar tender was a chill lad. Loved the atmosphere as well, perfect spot for a brew and a meal.

I stopped in this place twice while visiting a friend in the hospital. The vibe is chill, and you can tell it’s the sort of place that has regulars (I would be one if I lived here).

Stayed at St John Inn across the street last week. Went over to watch the Bruins and get something to eat. Great food. Had their Pizza. A great bar with a lot of locals. Wonderful atmosphere! Great service!

I really love this little dive. Check em out, but don’t take my seat. The atmosphere is cool and moody, dimly lit (which I love), and very chill without slacking on service. They’ve a great selection at the bar, and everything I’ve ever eaten here has been fantastic. I don’t even normally eat pizza, but I’ll eat it from here because it is ridiculously delicious. 5 stars.
