I ordered Buffalo chicken wings fried hard I was given spicy chicken wings but not only was it not what I asked for the food wasn’t properly done the chicken wings are very greasy ,soggy and the meat was pink not fried hard or crispy as they might say at all honestly I’m disgusted this isnt what I order at all pizza valley do better

Cheese came all the way to one side and was infused with cardboard. Pizza was so greasy made box greasy also. Mozzarella sticks weren’t done all the way and the fries i didn’t ask for was soggy and nasty. Then i called and i got passed around to like 4 people and everyone had attitude. Waste of $29 that just ended up not being eaten and tossed in garbage.

I been going to pizza valley since I was a kid. I called about a $10 special. The price went up and I didn’t know. So I was asking questions. I guess that was annoying the guy on the phone, so he hung up on me. I could’ve called back and ordered but I was too worried about what they’d do to the pizza after I upset them. Don’t know if I’ll order from them again.

We have ordered from this place many times. The food is good! However… I went to place another order today and the man who answered the phone was beyond rude!!!! I inquired about a deal they have and asked if the prices had changed (as it was reflecting different prices online). No big deal, right? Everything is going up in price so I expected it. He became so nasty! I was going to order an additional order of wings as well as the #6 combo deal. When I went to say something, he screamed “hellooooo”. I said NEVER MIND! He hung up. I will NEVER give my money to as****** like this who clearly has no customer service skills. I now regret the hundreds we have give over the last year!

The food might be good. I wouldn’t know . The person they have running the phone sounds like he’s 100 and English may be his second or third language . I had to repeat everything multiple times , then he hangs up on me. Calls me back to tell me he didn’t hear my card number correctly . They need someone new taking orders. Literally anyone else would be an improvement .

I really think their pizza might be some of the best pizza I have ever had. Better than New haven, NYC, Chicago, London, Miami. I’ve been around, but Pizza Valley sauce, toppings, are just on point. I always order the meal buster (the works) with extra sauce and its amazing. To be honest i don’t really like much else here, but the pizza, but I still give them 5 starts easy.
