I ordered 1 “Anna’s chicken cutlet sandwich”, 1 “double patty smash burger”, 1 “funnel cake fries” , and I wanted to order 1 “chocolate Zanzibar “ but they said the only dessert they had was “oreo cheesecake” so I got 1 “Oreo cheesecake” .
This chicken sandwich I received was nothing like what I ordered as described from their menu.
I received a plain chicken cutlet hoagie (lettuce, tomato, onions) with a packet of Ken’s balsamic dressing.
It wasn’t great but out of all the things I ordered, it was the only edible item, other than the funnel cake fries.
Anna’s chicken cutlet sandwich is described to have chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, tomato, arugula, homemade pistachio pesto and balsamic reduction.
The “double patty smash burger” I received is much worse. Absolutely disgusting.
It is described on the menu as two smashed burgers, grilled onions, shredded ice berg, tomatoes, cooper sharp, pickle chips, sliced bacon, Smokey French dressing, potato bun,
The burger I received is on a plain white Kaiser roll (no potato bun) , with yellow American cheese (no cooper sharp), Romain lettuce (not chopped over berg) , tomatoes, pickles, onions, fake bacon bits (not sliced bacon), and two frozen hamburgers (not smashed).
There was also a hair in the French fries with the burger.
The so called “Oreo cheesecake” is not cheesecake at all. It’s an Oreo Pie.
After tip I paid $70 for this food.
I called them and to respectfully let them know that I didn’t get the proper chicken sandwich I ordered and the burger is so disgusting it’s not even edible. The Oreo cheesecake is also not cheesecake and I wouldn’t have order it if I knew it was actually Oreo cream pie.
They didn’t care at all. They did nothing to solve the problems.
This place is obviously a whole scam, using false advertisement and delivering the LOWEST quality food for very high prices!!
Yes it is convenient because it’s open all night & especially in a college town that’s a great idea for a restaurant because I’m sure it’s the one go to place for anyone looking for food within those hours…because nothing else is open for delivery.
But there is no reason to be false advertising and scamming people.
Honesty and transparency about the menu would be very appreciated and I am sure it wouldn’t slow down business at all.
I am very disappointed.
& I just threw $70 into the trash can.
& I now have a stomach ache from the little bit of food I did try to eat.

How does this place have 5 stars, not once with the truth? This pizza is so cheap because there is literally nothing on the pizza. Barely any sauce, cheese was non-existent, and the pizza is so thin that you can actually see right through it! Will never be going to this establishment again, very disappointed.

The pizza was burnt and dry. Apparently when you order a white pizza you have to ask for garlic which is the basic description of a damn white pizza ( oil garlic & cheese). Food was overall bad tasted old and had 0 flavor. And the language barrier is ridiculous. I ordered the food to get there and it not be ready when I said over the phone atleast 3 times what i wanted. I spent well over $100 to get offered $5 back lmao!! Take your money elsewhere ! I should’ve just went to Wawa

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering online.
1) they are listed as pizza university on Slice, but the door dash that was dispatched said it was coming from Cono’s
2) took 2+ hours to get to me
3) pizza smelled and tasted like cigarettes
4) got us sick, and they couldn’t have cared less

I came in on Tuesday and was not expecting much. Usually pizza places next to college campuses are subpar. Well, this was very different. I loved that the crust was cooked and had crunch to it. The sauce was pretty good and the cheese amount was great. I will be back in again, as the pizza was really good and the 2 staff members in there were really nice.
Kudos and good luck. Hope to see you guys stick around so I can keep getting pizza when I am in town.

The worst pizza I have ever had. Their panzoratis are terrible. The Tarantini panzorati has a copy right for a reason you have to buy and make a specific way. Literally the worst pizza I have ever had and they should remove panzorati from their menu, because it’s not.

Ordered delivery through Door Dash for a vegan cheesesteak. Person on phone could barely understand and communicate back, and when order arrived I started eating and realized it was real steak and cheese. Got rid of it, will never order from here again.

the pizza was amazing and stayed crunchy and fresh after a 20 minute walk! it is also the cheapest around! they had a good amount of drink selections, all of which we do not normally see around stores in this area, which was refreshing! the owner and cashier were so friendly and welcoming, and cracked jokes with us until we left! overall it was an amazing experience and i wish i had been going there sooner, i would have saved so much money, and on better pizza at that!!! they have a paint and sip on sunday the 21rst of april (byob) and me and my friends will definatley be attending!

I go to Rowen so I was excited to hear a new pizza shop was opening, but sadly This has to be the worst pizza shop I’ve ever been to. The pizza was inedible. There was hardly any cheese or sauce and it was just dough. Is anyone here even an actual cook? The place reeks of bad management and overall I am just so disappointed. All the 5 star reviews are obviously friends and family wanting to boost ratings, because no one in their right mind would review this favorably.
