I stopped in for the lunch special, got two slices and a soda to go. There’s a small amount of seating, if you’d like to sit inside. You will not be disappointed if you enjoy New York style pizza! Very delicious! They have vegetarian options as well. The pizza is made with care and has excellent flavor and texture. The crust is just the right amount of crunch and softness. The cheese and sauce were delicious too.

I honestly can’t believe the level of pie this place delivers. It’s my first go and I went for the deep dish. Incredible. Not too thick or dense like we find at some places.
It’s a perfect medium. Very impressive. Garlic knots. A must. In a quasi flatbread form, yet they top the best I’ve ever had. They could bring tears to your eyes if the situation was right. So much crispy garlic and not overwhelming. Perfect

They have an unbeatable lunch deal $6.99 for two large slices and a drink. The pizza has a crisp bottom that doesn’t flop with quality while milk cheese from Wisconsin.

It was Friday morning, just past 11am, when we stepped into Pizza Union in San Marcos. As we entered, our senses were immediately greeted by the inviting aroma of pizzas. Prepping in the kitchen stood Chris, friendly and hardworking, meticulously adding mouthwatering pizzas to the ‘by the slice’ rack that was sitting on top of the counter. His warm smile and genuine hospitality set the tone for what would be a delightful pizza experience.
We were eager to explore the offerings and Chris wasted no time in sharing the specials of the day. Among them was a tantalizing Buffalo Chicken Pizza that immediately piqued our interest. He also mentioned the enticing 2 slice and a drink lunch special, which we couldn’t resist taking advantage of. Our curiosity was piqued, and we decided to sample a slice of the Buffalo Chicken Pizza alongside a classic Pepperoni slice. We held off on warming them up at that time so we could enjoy them at home later on.
Later that night, I gently crisped up the slices in the oven, watching as the tantalizing aromas enveloped our kitchen, building the excitement for the first bite. Really good NY Style thin crust pizza & friendly service (I’m from Chicago, I refuse to call it “Pie”). The atmosphere is very “sparse” (they have 2 tables and 4 stools along a counter) but I’m guessing nearly all their business is take out. Great lunch deal of 2 slices and a can of pop for $6.99. (Sorry about the picture, took a couple bites before I took the picture, this was the Meat Lovers).

Ordered through Amazon prime grub hub no delivery fee I couldn’t figure out how to rate this company on there. This place is AMAZING definitely New York style and has little pepperoni cups their prices are really good to and I love their ranch it’s not runny!

Great little pizza joint. They sell 2 slices and a drink for $7 as well as whole pies. I’m going to try their garlic knots next time. I will be going back to this spot again and again.

First of all, the customer service is IMPECCABLE! The beautiful young lady with the dark hair who works at the cashier is sooooo sweet & professional. While I waiting on my order she brought my slice to me at the table, gave me a free drink and dessert. She was very friendly.
Secondly, my order came out in a timely manner and it was super fresh!
Third, the price was so reasonable for such a large pie (18” with several toppings).
Lastly, I lived on the east coast for years before this and I really have to honestly say that the taste and quality of this pizza is a 10/10, even with coming from the other side with really high expectations of “REAL” pizza. It was delicious!!!!
I will never get pizza anywhere else ever again as long as I live in San Marcos. I’m so impressed with this place and happy I found them.
