I should’ve listed to the other reviews and the food safety rating of “okay” that’s further from the entryway than it’s legally allowed to be. And sits so low that it’s not conspicuous. Walked in, didn’t get greater. Ordered on the tablet. Ordered the paneer patty burger. The photo made it look great with a round disc type paneer, breaded and golden brown.
Well the burger looked nothing like the photo. There was no golden brown breaded patty. It was just small strips of paneer with no breading layed on the bun.
Wasn’t even enough to completely cover the bun. I wish they would’ve just said they didn’t have it because then I’d order something else that I was debating on. It was gross. Wouldn’t recommend this place and wouldn’t go back

Pretty good. Chicken Tikka masala pizza has a good crust, good cheese, and good chicken. Biggest problem is a lack of sauce making it more like cheese bread than pizza. Maybe the other types are better.

Really awful dining experience at Pizza Twist in Redmond. This is the so-called “dosa” which is served here. The paneer is so dry and hard. They don’t give you the same food as shown in the pictures. The gulab jamun is frozen rock solid in the middle. The night shift worker said he can’t do anything about it because he’s not the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, he shouted vulgarities to my face. It happened on 5/11. Horrible awful restaurant. They have to create multiple names on DoorDash just to dodge the negative reviews. Pizza Twist, Naan Stop, Slice & Spice, Dosawalla.. all the same restaurant. There’s no way to email or contact anybody on their website. Avoid at all cost. As for the pizza, the guy offered me a slice as compensation. But seeing how they are making the pizza and touching their phone without washing their hands, I declined.

Pizza tasted bland like a frozen pizza. All parts (sauce/crust/cheese/toppings). We did just get standard types so maybe the “twist” pizzas are okay but I won’t be finding out. They did deliver quickly.

They are misleading about pizza sizes and provide very poor customer service. My family placed an order and called ahead to ask about a Passport discount, which we were told would be accepted. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, they suddenly said they did not take the discount. After about 15 minutes of the manager insisting we were mistaken, they finally applied a small discount. When I opened the pizza boxes at home, I also noticed the pizzas were significantly smaller than advertised, at least three inches less in size.

This is a pickup place with a “waiting room” atmosphere. There was a single guy working with ear buds in who couldn’t be bothered to take orders for 2 minutes of me standing there looking at him, but suggested I should tip for counter service. I am probably just too old but I can’t stand talking to people with ear buds in, and I don’t tip for counter service. I did not like this place, but there was nothing wrong with my 12” pizzas (All Meat and Hawaiian) other than the higher than expected price ($20 each – no prices anywhere)

Been there 3 times, and given benefit of doubt on all prior visits. This time experience is the deal breaker. Asked for dine-in but forced for take out. Curry-Rice ratio 20:80, totally misleading from the photo where it has fully curry bowl. Undercooked bread, infact asked for butter naan but got some other kind of bread. Painful part is that kids don’t feel full and satisfied and then you wonder it’s not worth giving another chance. Wasted money, that must be the reason to force take out because you are not coming back.

We didn’t realize it wasn’t a sit down restaurant when we did a quick search but there is a window bar to sit at and tables outside for when it’s warmer. Perfect for take out!

THIS PLACE IS CHEATING PEOPLE!! I ordered a family size XL pizza advertised as 16 inches from doordash. It costs $38.99. When the pizza arrived, it was a medium or large pizza 12-13 inches.
I called them immediately thinking it might be a mistake and the person kept saying that if the box says XL then the pizza is XL. I thought if he sees it he will realize that it was a mistake and make me a bigger pizza. So I drove there & he showed me the pans and kept saying that the company sends these sizes & there is nothing he can do. He kept arguing it is only an approximation.
If I pay for a XL 16 inch pizza at any competitors, which is $10 more than large pizza, then I get a 16 inch pizza! I would not make a scene if it was 15 inch, but at this place, 16 inch is 12 inch. See my photos! Save your money and go to a place where you get an XL pizza for XL price!

Tried this place today and was extremely impressed. I had their masala fries, the bombay garlic chicken pizza, and the brownie dessert. Holy smokes it was so good! The girls working here were so sweet and super helpful in helping me with picking the pizza since they have so many other fun flavors that you don’t see often. We will definitely be back soon!
