This place is under new management, and if this is the result, it’s absolutely awful. I’ve given this restaurant three chances, and every single time the food and service have been terrible.
The chole was watery, bland, and looked like dirty water with chickpeas—no flavor at all. The packaging was extremely poor, leaking everywhere like they don’t care once they take your money.
The naan was stuffed with masala, but there were barely any potatoes inside. Just oily filler and disappointment.
I also ordered Indian-style wings on another day. They were overpriced, had ZERO Indian flavor, and were clearly just regular wings tossed in random masala to justify the price. Completely misleading.
When I called to complain, they refused to fix anything—no refund, no replacement, no apology. New management clearly has no interest in customer service.
This place is selling garbage food at high prices and using “new management” as an excuse.
DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT ORDER.
Save your money and go to a real Indian restaurant that respects its customers.

I stopped by here with my son. We ordered a pasta and two pizzas, small. The pizza came out delicious and pipping hot. I really enjoyed the creativity of these pizzas. It’s just not typical pizza. More so of Indo-Asian fusion. Pasta was very flavorful and fulfilling. I will come back if I’m craving this kind of style and the pasta of variety flavors, too. If you love spicy, they have it and can customize it to your liking.

The worst and I mean the worst of them all location we order chicken tikka and paneer tikka pizza and what we got was all plain chicken tossed with bell peppers and onion same with paneer and when called to ask why is our order is not what we wanted and the reply for employees was “we are very busy and can not make it “ okay if you can not do it than simply tell us when placing order not when it has been picked up and delivered by someone else.

Where to start? Pizza Twist has very reasonable prices considering pizza costs an arm and a leg these days!
What I liked:
1. The pizza was delicious. They are heavier on the sauce, which I love. The pizza is a little more on the doughy side, which I also adore. Some of the best I’ve had in the area and I will be back
2. Customer service was great. The cashier up front was very kind. My pizza was ready upon arrival, and was warm.
3. The restaurant was nice and clean!
Dislike – I’m almost certain the boneless wings are some generic ones from Sysco/US Food. The place is called Pizza Twist though, not Wing Twist, so I concede.
Overall, this place is great, and I will be back for more pizza.

I will never shop here again. This is the second time they’ve had terrible service. The first time, I ordered I believe $50 worth of pizza. So I asked for ranch (which usually pizza places give you some already). The lady lied and said there was some in the box already. There was none.
Now today, I ordered two items and she said 20 minutes. My bf got there 20 minutes later and she said it’s gonna be 15 minutes. Went back in and it still wasn’t ready. I’m sure it was the same lady I’ve spoke with before. He asked for ranch or extra ranch and the guy was going to give him a couple but the lady said “there already some in the box he doesn’t need any.” Who are you to say what somebody don’t need if they asked? I can make this shit at home but chose to support this business. I will never buy from here again. You can spend $100 and they will still be stingy with something as simple and cheap as ranch…
