Service was fast, and the dough was very soft, which I know some people really enjoy. I was originally going to get French fries, but they’re baked instead of fried, so I passed on those. I ordered a medium cheese pizza, garlic bread, and a drink. All of it had very soft dough, but there was a flavor I couldn’t quite pinpoint that didn’t sit well with me, and overall the flavor just wasn’t there for my taste.
After I ordered, the guy who took my order left and told me that if I needed anything, I should ask the two boys in the back. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while one of them was making a pizza, but no one came out to help, so I ended up leaving my food behind.
The total was over $30 for those items, which felt expensive for what I received. I was also offered 10% off in exchange for leaving a good review, but I chose not to take it because I prefer to leave honest feedback. This place just wasn’t for me, but if you enjoy Indian-style pizza flavors, you might like it more than I did.

We stumbled upon this gem, and this review is strictly for the vegan pizza.
We dined in one week, and the vegan pizza was so good that our kids actually requested to go back just to have it again. Their vegan pizza is very, very delicious. Pizza Twist specializes in putting a unique twist on pizzas, and while we didn’t branch out into their more creative flavors yet, we did try several classics.
The thin crust vegan pepperoni and cheese pizza was excellent, and the Chicago-style deep dish vegan cheese pizza was hearty and satisfying. We also had their Veggie Nation pizza, topped with fresh vegetables, and it was another hit. Between three adults and two kids, we cleared everything no leftovers! That’s how good it was. Then when we had the take out we had the vegan pizza the next day and it was delicious.
They also offer specials, and the prices are pretty reasonable for vegan options. They even have a cauliflower crust, though we haven’t tried it yet. One tip: if you’re someone who likes extra sauce, I’d suggest asking for marinara on the side or requesting more sauce on the pizza, just to get that perfect saucy-cheesy balance.
We did try the vegan wings, but they weren’t our favorite — the texture was unique and they were very spicy, so not really for us. But again, this review is for the pizza, and the pizza is where Pizza Twist really shines.
The staff has always been kind and courteous, and there’s even a little pool table inside, which adds to the fun atmosphere.
Overall, if you’re looking for delicious vegan pizza in Chandler, I’d highly recommend Pizza Twist on Chandler & Ray Rd. Our family already can’t wait to go back.

First time in-person visit after eating it years ago so was curious how exactly the place was.
It’s decent and can fit maybe 15-20 people but mostly seen takeouts. There is a pool table so people must be coming to hangout but unsure.
The Aachari (veg) pizza was good, Chicken not so good, in the past I have also tried Chicago Pizza.
Everything else seems to be fine so may try this place again.

Let me start by saying that the food is quite good here, but the service is consistently bad. Tonight was especially terrible. I placed an order through their website for 2 pizzas and a couple of sides. Went to pick it up when I received a text saying it was time and only got half my order. They were apparently out of one of their more popular pizzas and didn’t bother letting me know or replacing it. They also hadn’t bothered to fire half my samosas, claiming they misread the ticket.
I received no text (how I received their other communication) or voicemail although they claimed to have tried calling me. They didn’t offer to fix their mistake or help at all, just saying we could order another pizza and wait 20 min additional. Just horrible experience and horrible customer service. There was a door dasher waiting to pick up an order in the same situation, item was out and no solution from PizzaTwist.
Hopefully another franchise opens around here with better service.

This is my first time eating at Pizzatwist and it won’t be the last one. The only difference is that I will make sure I ask for zero spice. My mouth is still on fire but I did ask the nice guy at the counter to surprise me. Even with my low heat tolerance the pizza was delicious. The pizza had butter chicken, tomatoes, and red onions. That’s just to name a few of the toppings you can choose from. Amazing food and customer service.

I really like this place, but they’ve made some major messups and have ignored my attempts to reach out. Not only do they keep forgetting things each order, but last time I ordered plant-based pepperoni, I’m pretty sure they sent me REAL meat-based pepperoni. This should have been easily cleared up as to if they simply switched to a more advanced plant-based brand temporarily, but I can’t seem to get a response, at least through email. Neither of those things are acceptable.

Really really really wanted to love this place. Service was off not very coordinated. Older and young girl were very sweet. Messed up order but corrected it the pricing little miss leading not as show was $17 for a medium nor $13 and no water other than a Kirkland bottle for $1.50 each(1400% profit) crust was 100% pre made. Sauce and toppings were good.
Great idea just not executed well.
