I have been here multiple times in the last month and they are always closed but hours on door say they should be open. I have messaged them multiple times with no response, commented on their postings in real time and no response. This place sounds like a cover for something else. Not sure how they pay the rent to stay open if they are always closed. Plenty of other unique pizza options in the area. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, we ordered online and drove from West Virginia to pick it up. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 1:30 p.m., they were closed. We stayed a while to see if someone would eventually show up, but no one showed and there was no sign on the door.
We chose them and chose to drive that far specifically for their vegan offerings. We have had Pizza Twist in other areas and truly enjoyed it, but this was a let down. We understand things happen, but to have online ordering open and to take people’s money without providing a product is a bit much. We called repeatedly over the next few days to see if we could still get our pizza, but no one ever answered and we had to resort to a charge back on our credit card.
In the end we drove over to Oak Stone Pizza for a delicious meal and went to Bruster’s for dessert.
I’d give them one more chance when I’m in the area to see that they are open, but never again will we make an online or phone order.

The front girl was rude and had a lot of attitude, the pizza tasted sour—possibly the tikka sauce was off—and some toppings were a little burnt. Completely disappointing experience.

Why not? I mean… if one can master delicious NAAN… then why not PIZZA crust? There’s a lot going on with the menu, and it’s a little confusing to me…but I see the potential. I liked the curry pizza, but not with paneer. I should have taken a little more time to figure out what I truly wanted.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I found what looked like a maggot in my salad. I called and they refused to refund me. They offered to make me another meal, and when I declined the man said there is nothing they can do for me. It was about fifteen minutes later my son ran upstairs. He said his stomach is hurting. You can guess the rest.
