Went to get my pizza via delivery the guy walked out the car with the box on the side opened the box and it was destroyed. Called the store to let them know and they had the nerve to tell me to return the pizza and they will send me another one then accused me that it was me who did that to the pizza. I had to battle on the phone with a manager that has clearly no customer service whatsoever blaming the customer when his delivery driver just literally left my house and text the pic of pizza and said I had to return the pizza or else they wldnt send me another one ?!? I’ve been in customer service for over 20years especially in the food industry and I have never encountered such horrible customer service and wldnt pass me to the owner above him saying he has to show proof. Never again will I purchase from them nor any one else that I know

I am never going to order from this store i called the store on a weekend the kid that answered the phone sounded like he didn’t want to be bother he kept giving me a attitude and also kept yelling on the phone.They also took at least 1 hour and 45 minutes for a medium buffalo chicken and order zeppole the zeppole tasted like the oil wasn’t cleaned for a while and the pizza only like 4 pieces chicken and the are VERY CHEAP on the cheese.Never ordering from them every again.

Ok so the food here is good when you eat there. Liked the buffalo wings although they are from frozen wingets. Do not ever order delivery.. I was told on the phone 45 minutes for delivery which is fine but when an hour and 15 minutes passes and you call to say where’s my food and get told in very ride manor that “i told you it was a 45 minute wait” and you very nicely say its an hour and 15 min already and still get attitude no but then the food comes and its cold… Like mozzarella sticks were back to cold cheese and the pizza was burned and cold that makes you want to scream and then have to wait another 45 freaking minutes when my order should at that point be on your top priority because you messed up. Never again. And the delivery comes in a creepy crappy 1990 van with no windows.. Absolutely never again
