I consulted the menu I found online and decided to order 3 medium pizzas. The first one she takes down with no issue, and then I made the fateful error. The menu I saw online had Hawaiian and taco pizzas listed, but when I asked for them she HUFFED and said “Now you listen here! I haven’t done taco pizza in 10 years and I will NOT do Hawaiian!” *CLICK*
I just stood there for a while, confused. I would have had no problem ordering something else if she had given me the chance ♂️ I’ve tried to call several times since I moved here 6 months ago, and I guess now I know it just isn’t meant to be!

After reading the reviews I felt compelled to leave my own. Pizza is good. Tons of toppings. Definitely worth the money. As for the owner. She is rude, but that’s part of the experience. She’s not hurtful. She’s just short. Have fun with it.

I heard good things about this place and I’m always willing to try a new pizza place. I heard many times that the owner is rude so I knew what to expect. She really is and the pizza was okay. Better off going to Burbon St pizza in North Webster. But she did thank me for my business and told me to have a good one.

Best deluxe pizza around. One piece will fill you up she loads on the toppings. The lady that owns the shop might sound rude on the phone but I promise she is not she just wants to know what you want so she can get back to making the pizzas. She’s does it all! If you go in she is sweet as can be and gets to know her customers. if you order a lot she knows if you forget something. She told my husband that’s not how your wife ordered it and good thing or he wouldn’t have ate it.

I’ve really been wanting to try this place, but she is just not open when she says she is. Even today (a Thursday) I called three times between 8-8:15pm, no answer. I went there physically to order in case her phone was messed up (I only live a couple blocks away), and she was walking out of the building at 8:20pm (40 minutes before she was supposed to close). Which means that she also purposefully ignored my 3 phone calls. Really disappointed and honestly tired of trying to eat here. I wanted to give it a shot since it’s local and I’ve heard the pizza is good, but it’s just not worth trying anymore.
*edited to add that at the time of this review, both her google page and voicemail state that she is open from 4pm-9pm on Thursdays, taking orders until 8:30 pm, yet she was ignoring me and gone between 8-8:30pm.

Owner is extremely rude! Hung up on me while I was giving my order. I wanted the BLT pizza she informs me they aren’t making those and ask if I want to cancel my order( I had already ordered the deluxe) I said no and that’s when I heard “click”. I tried calling back 4 times and she wouldn’t pick up the phone. I will never order from there again! You better get some manners hunny!!!

My family absolutely loves this place! She is amazing and makes the best food hands down!! Her veggie sub has all her vegetables on it not just a select few. The pizza is awesome also! Highly recommend!!

Walked in yesterday evening…first time stopping in and let me tell you…don’t waste your time! First impressions…sucked!
A friend and I thought we would try it out as we have only driven by before and it must only be open in the evening. So, we decided to stop by after having taken a basket class at one of the local shops. After all there are not many choices in little ole Pierceton, Indiana!
Let me tell you…terrible first and last experience! Wasn’t warmly welcomed. It was approximately 7:20 pm on a Tuesday night. The lady behind the counter was rude assuming the owner. The first thing out of her mouth was she asked us if we were staying or going as she closed at 8:30 pm. From that point on the conversation pretty much ruined any appetite we had. Hint : Way to ruin your business lady! And oh by the way felt sorry for the caller who called in to order while we were standing there…We felt your pain as well as she was crotchety over the phone suprised you did not hang up on her! If this place goes out of business they certainly can’t blame it on the economy or the town but simply the lack of warm, welcoming, friendly, customer service you expect or thought you might receive in a small town and a small town locally owned and operated business. If you don’t like what you do…get out now! Don’t walk…run It’s obvious!

I haven’t even tried the pizza but I will never order from this place ever again the lady that answers the phone needs to learn customer service. She is absolutely rude and that kills the vibe of people that want to order any food from you. Maybe just maybe if you dont want to deal with people you should shut down shop.
