The pizza is loaded with toppings and well served. Fries are crispy and not oily at all. Prices are a little higher than average, but the quality is amazing. The only thing I didn’t like is, it was hard to find a seat because it’s very crowded at the food court. But this is definitely not their fault. The service is amazing anyway.

First they told me 20 min to be ready, I received my pizza in 35 min. The dough was so raw and they didn’t even notice that they forgot the sauce. One of the staff i think the manager because he was wearing and shirt kept on playing with his nose Infront of all the guests all the time. I insist to not let him serve my pizza ( disgusting).

I’ve ordered 2 slices of pizza and got the 3rd one for free as part of an offer they had, which was a nice bonus. At the time they had only 3 options available (pizza slice ordering not a whole pizza) chicken ranch, margarita and cheese salami.
Ranch slice was excellent – one of the best that I’ve ever had – and highly recommended, salami slice was good.
Service I would rate 2 for the speed of service, otherwise I would have rated 1 as the cashier handled the pizza box and paper preparation bare handed even though her colleague had already put the gloves on started serving – noting that I was the only guest at the time so no rush – additionally when I asked for napkins, I was given a tissue of this huge kitchen paper roll they had inside the kitchen!
The place is inside CFC food court hence I won’t factor into my rating as it is uncontrollable.
Overall great pizza quality especially the chicken ranch but staff training and attention to service definitely need improvement. They would have been in a totally different ranking in the market.

Placed a pickup order through the app, arrived after 25 mins (the time they said the order will be ready), the cashier stated that they didn’t even start to prepare it because the payment method was “cash”, which defeats the whole pickup option in the app and nobody called to state such a fact.
