I ordered a large 16-inch pizza, but when I arrived to pay, I wasn’t told there was an issue. It was only after I paid and was handed my order that I realized I had been given two 10-inch pizzas because they “ran out of large dough.”
This isn’t just a preference issue; it’s basic geometry. A 16-inch pizza provides significantly more food than two 10-inch pizzas (about 28% more, in fact). When I called to ask for an explanation, the employee argued that I should be happy because two smalls “cost more” than one large. I didn’t order based on their menu pricing; I ordered based on the amount of food I needed.
The situation could have been easily resolved if management had chosen any one of the following options:
-Informed me before I paid so I could choose a different option.
-Provided three smalls to actually match the volume of the large.
-Offered a partial refund for the missing food.
Instead, the employee told me, “This is what we always do.” This confirms that shortchanging customers is a management policy rather than a one-time mistake.
To be honest, the food here has always been mediocre; I only visited for the convenience. If a restaurant lacks quality, it must rely on customer service and convenience to survive. Since they’ve sacrificed both, there is no longer any value in coming here. I’ll gladly drive five minutes further for better food and a business that respects its customers.

Recently moved from Rochester to Northwood, had never been to pizza spinners before. I’m a pizza lover, and there are MANY options in Northwood for pizza- but nothing I’ve enjoyed. Fiancée and I decided to try pizza spinners and we LOVE their pizza, fries and calzones. I’m very particular when it comes to crust, sauce, and toppings and they nail it everytime. Probably won’t go anywhere else again…

DO NOT EXPECT TO BE TREATED WELL, especially by the Red-headed woman. They were rude, disrespectful AND told us to go to Milo’s down the street. I live a mile away and WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.
When comforted in person about the messed up order, they basically laughed and shamed the person for wanting good customer service.
They have been going down hill for a while. They have hired people that either can’t hear or can’t speak, which is difficult when you call in and order.
Shame on the management for hiring these incompetent people. You are not going to disappoint me ever again. Good luck with employees who treat your costumers like that.

Hit or miss. Only place I have been to that you have to request the red sauce on a chicken parm calzone. If you don’t you will just get chicken and cheese with cold red sauce on the side. Pizza can be extra greasy from their cheese mix. In a pinch they will do. Subs could use more meat

I have to say I am not a person to complain. Its tough owning a business and finding GOOD help, and run your business as if they owned the the shop.
I had the MOST unpleasant experience tonight with spinners employees this evening. We ordered a tossed large salad with grilled chicken and onion and peppers and chicken fingers plate with fries. What did we get… lg salad with grilled chicken WITH no salad toppings. My chicken fingers had no fries. I go back and talk to the employees about my order was completely wrong. Instead of saying im sorry let us get you the right order for you, I got ” well your order was difficult” I asked the red head lady who was so rude to begin with, how difficult is my order? All I asked for was grilled onions and peppers on a grilled chicken salad and fries with my chicken dinner. Then she told me I could go to Millo uo the street. I was taken back that she would rather me go somewhere else then to simply apologize for the confusion and keep my business. The red head lady is rude, doesn’t care about service or the business. I will be calling the owner and making a complaint. People are spending 30 to 60 dollars everytime that door swings open and she just didnt care.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much due to the novelty style name, but i was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Got a bit, they are easier to screw up than you think, and it was awesome. Bread toasted but still flaky and fresh. Bacon was made crispy which is a must. Veggies were fresh, good choice in mayo as well. On my top 3 best blts I’ve had hands down. Came out in like 5 minutes. Messy to eat while driving, but we’ll worth it. Stop in and give them a shot.

I don’t know what happened to Spinners, just picked up a meat lovers pizza, all it had on was a few slices of pepperoni and something looking like sliced meat balls, what happened to sausage bacon ham which is supposed to be on it. Do they have new owners? Fries were cold, picked it up within 20 minutes. Taking my business elsewhere.

Mmm..Spinners ♡ My daughter & I order from there at least once a week. Their pizza is the very best. A large cheese is our most regular oder & it’s good every single time. They also make an amazing chicken kabob bomb & my 15 yo is addicted to their chicken tenders..and hey now, how bout those fries??! Very yummy food, not too badly priced. The delivery dude is always super duper friendly too, which is a nice added bonus
