We ordered a King Pizza ($25.50) from Pizza Shoppe and used a coupon for a free Prince Pizza. When we got home, the King pizza was overdone. After contacting the restaurant, they offered to remake it, but by the time we would have waited, picked it up, and returned home, it would have been another 45–50 minutes. We requested a refund instead. The King Pizza was refunded, but the Prince Pizza was not. The owner mentioned she felt the pizza was only “slightly” overcooked. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality and the handling of the situation.

Pizza is great. Service is borderline rude. I asked for extra pepperoni for my salad. They gave me one piece. We went to a party there with 30 people. My son ordered a mini cheese pizza for a four year old boy. They made him pay for a small. On a separate occasion I ordered a small pizza. They came out with large and the owner insisted we pay for a medium.Pizza Shoppe sells $25 gift cards that come with a king pizza you can use after Jan. 1st. I purchased the gift card in Olathe. On the last day I could use the coupon, we were in Blue Springs and ordered a large pizza. When the bill came, I gave them the coupon. Owner came by and said we choose to not partisipate with pizza shoppe coupons, Sorry. Monday my son and his family went to P.S.. When they ordered lunch the waitress stated you are too late lunch is over. My son showed her his phone which showed 2:57. The waitress left to check the correct time on her phone. When she came with her phone she said it is 3:00 pm, you missed the lunch menu. Lunch is served from 11:00-3:00 pm. My son and his got up and left at 3:00. They have good pizza, but they are very tight

Minsky’s might come close but the crust is what sets this place apart from others.
I absolutely love the exposed brick inside and if you need a event space there’s a larger area in the back. Great for kids birthdays… Or you could hold a meeting.

Went with a large party that had a room reserved. About 30 minutes in I went up front to ask if I needed to place my order there. The lady screamed at me that she was busy and wasn’t the server back there. I went and sat back down. About 15 minutes later – I went back up front and the waitress was so sweet and was ready to take my order and super apologetic. I told her about the other lady and I was taken back to hear that it was the owner who yelled at me. At that point we were about halfway done with the awards so I decided this establishment didn’t deserve my business and I would grab a pizza from somewhere else on my way home. They knew they were having a large party, it was a preplanned event, the rest of the restaurant wasn’t busy and the owner was flat out rude. After reading other reviews, that seems to be how she treats her customers on a regular basis.

The owner should treat people better. Was there during lunch, and the place was dead on a Saturday. Says something about the place. A medium pizza and two drinks cost $33. Couldn’t even use a coupon for free breadsticks. The owner seemed stressed. Maybe if you had better customer experiences, you’d have more business. Never going there again

Its nice place on the inside. The people that work here are a joke! The owner is rude and not friendly at all! My husband and I waited for over 5 minutes to be seated and we were the only ones there! I asked if I could use a coupon the lady said NO. Ok, so i have a gift card for this store. She said I couldnt use that either! It has the name of the store on the gift card and she still wouldn’t let me use it. Our experience here was just awful. I will never go back to be treated so poor by people who make pizza! Merry Christmas to you too!

I love Pizza Shoppe, but NOT the one in Blue Springs! The owner is flat out RUDE!! She once yelled at me for placing my order through doordash instead of calling the store directly because that takes part of her money. Once when I told her the bottom of my pizza was burnt the prior time she tried to tell me that is how it always is and if I don’t like it I need to tell them to cook it light next time (but it is never and has never since then been burnt). But tonight is it for me I am officially DONE with this place! I placed an order on doordash (because I just really didn’t want to talk to anyone rude) at 6:51pm and an hour later and working with doordash the store had still NOT confirmed my order. I finally got through to the store and long story short thanks to Pizza Shoppe in Blue Spings I again got NO DINNER!!!! Thanks a lot for crappy rude service Pizza Shoope! You have just lost a loyal customer that had been coming for many many years but I refuse to spend any more money at rude businesses such as yours!!!!! I suggest others take their money to other pizza places where they will have better service and better food!

I love the Pizza Shoppe in Blue Springs! The atmosphere is perfect with a hometown feel. I’ve never met a pizza I didn’t like and the service is always great! It’s an easy place if you’re looking for something uncomplicated and different.
