I loved this place.. am I wrong?
Had an opportunity to finally stop in and grab a bite with my family. I loved every single pepper, mushroom, and red onion on our pizza. It was absolutely delish! So much so, that’s why there’s only half left on the final photo. My son enjoyed his boneless BBQ wings as well. I’m unsure how this place could receive a bad review.. however, that wasn’t our experience and we’re definitely planning to come back!

Had the pleasure of eating here today with my kids. It was my 3rd time but had been awhile since my last visit. It was still as fantastic as I remembered! Location is great. Lots of parking nearby. The vibe is awesome and the views are incredible. The staff was friendly and attentive. But the food…. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how great it was!! We ordered rice balls, meatball sliders, Square margarita pizza, chicken francese, baked rigatoni & rigatoni a la vodka. We all loved everything. Portions are big but not too big. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful and was cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to go back!

Over the past year, I’ve spent hundreds—if not thousands—of dollars at this restaurant, consistently ordering and recommending it to others. Unfortunately, that ends today.
My recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two vodka penne dishes with grilled chicken, which included an $11 upcharge, yet the chicken was missing entirely. The sauce was unusually oily and lacked the quality and consistency I’ve come to expect from this establishment.
Worse still, the peanut butter pie—which has been a regular favorite in our household—arrived moldy on our previous order. When we called to address this serious food safety issue, the response was dismissive. Because we had ordered through a third-party platform, we were told there was essentially nothing they could do. Rather than taking responsibility for the product served under their name, the issue was brushed off.
As a long-time loyal customer, I’m truly disappointed by both the decline in food quality and the lack of accountability. This experience has made it clear that it’s time to move on. I won’t be returning.

This place has awesome pizza, killer garlic knots! They always have fresh cookies and baked goods to top off your already delicious meal. They also carve ice cream, but not any ice cream, Jane’s Ice cream! They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor vie is nice, indoor is small but is just fine. I 100% recommend the pizza!

Ordered pizza to be delivered. I ordered the garden veggie no cheese because I am vegan. Put in notes “no cheese. Only sauce and toppings please”. After spending $75 for two pizzas and delivery I was obviously disappointed that I was left with bread and vegetables. I called the restaurant and they told me garden veggie comes without sauce as listed on their menu. The menu lists the toppings and cheese but I suppose I just assumed sauce was included? Maybe explicitly state no sauce? Customer service when I called to remedy was rude and unhelpful. They literally could have explained the mix up, offered a cup of marinara for me to pick up and I would have been happy.

Firstly… what is this place? I can’t quite say but it felt like a home for hipsters created by upstate NY transplanted Italians who’ve never actually hung with hipsters. Even more confusing is the shared space usage with this place and the Hudson Taco. After walking in and being seated while watching the waitstaff walk by with trays of tacos… I literally wondered where I was. The relationship with Cosimos is ambiguoius but if it works it works. I guess its like Dollar Tree proudly presenting Family Dollar. Anyway, the atmosphere here is quite pleasant, with a lovely view overlooking the Hudson, making it an ideal spot for drinks and casual conversations. However, if you’re expecting the dining experience to match the ambiance, you might be in for a surprise.
The pizza is okay—relatively flavorful but a bit greasy, with a crust that’s nothing special. Don’t expect NYC-quality pizza this far up the Hudson or the wood fire flavor you may associate with Cosimos’s pies. The real disappointment, though, was the fried chicken wings. They were flavorless, tasting like they came straight from the poultry aisle into the fryer without any seasoning. Despite their relatively good crunch, the lack of flavor made them quite disappointing.
I noticed more people ordering tacos from Hudson Taco than pizzas from this place, which made me wonder if I’d made the wrong choice. I might give this place another shot, but I’ll definitely be skipping the wings next time.

Hello Everyone,
We loved the pizza here. The staff is friendly and attentive, but most important, they were very accommodating even with all these COVID restrictions.
Kudos to the staff, we were able to tell they work hard to please each customer.

I stopped by this place a couple years ago for an ice-cream on my way to the Newburgh Vintage Warehouse, and had wanted to visit again for all the deliciousness on display. I found myself in the vintage warehouse this weekend again so searched it out for a mid-afternoon snack with my husband. We ordered the artichoke roll and the gorgonzola walnut salad. While waiting, I went downstairs to the bathroom – and felt an impulse to take a photo, coz it was so immaculate! With both high quality hand soap and hand lotion – how considerate! The cleanliness of the bathroom at an eatery is always a plus for me, in that I’d trust the cleanliness of the food that they serve. Both dishes were super delicious! The artichoke roll was huge – it fed both of us and I was too full to eat dinner that night. The salad was beautiful, creative, healthy and tasty. While we were eating, the staff also had their late lunch. How well a restaurant feeds its staff is also a good indicator of how well they feed their clients, and if the serving staff are happy to work there. Let me just say that I would be very happy to work there!

We just discovered this hidden gem on Labor day weekend. We ordered penne pasta and ravioli both were delicious and the serving size was generous. It was by far the best pasta I have had in a long time and I have been to Italy. So I know a great ravioli when I see one. My server was Ashley who was very courteous responsive and friendly. It would be great if they had an outdoor dining space. Will go again.
