I got the chicken n waffles pizza with no sauce and yall- it’s amazing! I let my husband have a bite and he said it was like eating dessert. He got the chicken bacon ranch but said my choice was the clear winner.

Stopped by Pizza Shack in Madison for a quick bite. The pizza itself was good, hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I ordered the Carnivore personal pizza and it definitely hit the spot.
The service, however, was mixed. The gentleman I spoke with (likely the manager or owner) was excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the young lady at the counter seemed rushed and gave off the impression that we were inconveniencing her by ordering. Her attitude really brought down the experience.
With some improvement in customer service, this could easily be a 4- or 5-star spot. The food has potential, but service matters too.

For 35 years, I avoided barbecue chicken pizza. This past weekend at Pizza Shack in Madison, that streak finally ended—and I regret every year of it.
I ordered an all-meat pizza while my fiancé chose the Pit Master barbecue chicken pizza. Sitting there, staring at it across the table, I couldn’t help but wonder why I’d avoided something that looked that good. Barbecue sauce, cheese, chicken—everything I already love, all on one of my favorite foods.
So I tried it. And all I can say is this: the last 35 years were a waste.
That pizza somehow brought back childhood memories and gave me hope for the future. Yeah, I know how weird that sounds—but that’s how good it was. Easily one of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever had.
10/10. It’s officially on my very short list of favorite foods.

I drove 2.5 hrs away for this pizza. They have fallen off… definitely not the same. The pizza was not hot and I can see why because the cheese wasn’t completely melted! This was a huge disappointment and a waste of my money!!!

We used to frequent the Pizza Shack in Madison but everything has gone down recently. Pizza has been burned. The soda fountain is frequently out of soda. When you ask if it can be replaced, the employees seem like you are bothering them. The bathrooms are not well maintained. Probably will be a while before we return.

Markell has great customer service. He’s patient with taking your order & he even allowed me to sample their “comeback sauce” which prompted me to order the Great American Burger pizza.
Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy it, they left off the “comeback sauce” lol (good thing i kept my sample cup of comeback sauce).
But besides that, I wasn’t a fan of the dough, it was soggy, greasy and the burger pieces were dry, the Cheddar cheese rendered the pizza too greasy for my liking…dill pickles were tasty.
I do like that they have lunch specials for those of us that don’t want to spend $17+ for a small pie (personal pan/4 slices) and fountain drink.
Plenty of other food options available.
They have a Foosball table as well with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating!

Ordered pizza for take out. Big heavy pizza, excitement stimulates my taste buds from the smell. Now the first bite…….cheese and a mouthful of pizza sauce. I notice a lot of pizza sauce dripping out of my slice. Sorry, never this over priced pizza weighed by tomato paste.
Update: ordered another pizza. $30 for a single pizza? Well, needless to say I was once again disappointed. I will not choose pizza shack in the future. “It’s been real,it’s been fun. But not real fun”

Went here with my brother. Prices are decent for a pizza place and the pizza is good. Despite what the name suggests, it’s not a shack at all, but some elements of the inside need to be looked at, like the taped-up booths and the foosball table in need of replacing.
There’s more restrictions on how you can combine two pizzas, especially compared to Lost Pizza, Sal and Mookies, or The Bank. But if I was in Madison and wanted some pizza, I’d still come here.
