It was hot and fresh in 15 minutes! We got the bacon chicken ranch pizza and 10/10 recommend. Look at that cheese pull! Will definitley be our go-to place when in Spokane.

Excellent delivery experience. Almost exactly 30 minutes from calling the store was my order at my door. The delivery driver was respectful and caring, he accidentally forgot the soda I had order as well, and was back at my door within 10 minutes with a soda in hand. I will 100% be order again.

OH HOW WE LOVE THIS PIZZA!! We get the ranch sauce and could eat the entire pizza in one sitting! Connor at the South Hill location in Spokane, WA IS AWESOME! He needs a raise! Superb customer service from him yesterday! Their parking lot was being resurfaced, so he walked our pizza directly out to our car! Who else does that? GREAT PIZZA AND SERVICE!!

Excited there is a Rita on the south hill. Bummed that there seems to be an area that Pines location and new south hill won’t deliver to that is between them. We ordered carry out. Our large custom pizza was amazing. Fresh, gooey cheese. Our monkey bites were good. Wondering why the cups for soda were so small, soda is so cheap. We added a carry out pepperoni to our order since we were picking up as it was a special. This pizza was subpar. Barely any cheese and over cooked. It was very dry. I’ve been doing Rita for 12+ years. We like it but just a bit off each time we go these days.

Would have been 5-star if not for the inadequate cheese coverage…I would go so far as to say they outright skimped on the cheese. There were substantial sections of barren pizza with a sad little smear of dried-out sauce and scattering of toppings, just crying out for a warm gooey cheese blanket. You know a pizza is under-cheesed when you and your date are making decisions about which slice to grab based on the obvious dairy discrepancy. If this sounds like a joke to you, I can assure you it is not, but rather a deliberately cheesy-sounding review meant to drive home my point about the lack of cheese on your pizza. Apart from this catastrophe of cow’s milk, this dearth of dairy, this tragedy of too little topping, the pizza was quite good- crust was soft but crackly on bottom..in a good way. Sauce tasted fresh. Cheesy garlic bread was good but..well you already know- needed more cheese. Not so lacking as with the pizza, but when cheese is in the name, should be an ample amount. But that dipping sauce was damn good. Service was friendly, delivered on time. I’ll get it again- a Pizza Ri-try if you will- but if I have to dip into my private stash of Tillamook again it just might be the last. And that would make me sad. Ashley too.

National chain delivery has got nothing on Pizza Rita. New South Hill location is consistently providing excellent service. They had a delay with our delivery tonight, but instead of waiting for me to bring it up, the driver apologized and they had comped the pizza. That would NEVER happen at the big chains. Great pizza, great service.
