We have been ordering for atleast 10 years. One mistake was actually good because we ordering honey BBQ wings and got honey old bay and been ordering honey old bay wings too since then. The only issue was they forgot out 2 liter soda which they brought right away. Great food and best customer service.The owner is so awesome. Very nice people.

We order from them all the time!! I usually get the chicken tenders, which are really good. My husband and my kids love the pizza but the last time we ordered a few days ago I decided I wanted some pasta and I ordered lasagna….. It was all cheese and sauce. After a few bites. I put it to the side and the next day I could literally take about a half inch of melted cheese right off the top and I looked for the pasta and it was just a little tiny pieces blended with the sauce. There were no layers. I’m not a very big cheese person I like it, but I’d rather have pasta and I just know I’ll never order it again but everything else has been pretty good.

Here i am holding my cold, burned, inedible white pizza up like a sheet of paper. No worries because it is so crispy and cold, not an atom will drop to the carpet. PRs is becoming hit or miss again with the quality of food that shows. It’s down to a toss of a coin if they will follow preparation requests/instructions or if it will even be warmish. Only saving grace was Grubhub’s money back guarantee.
UPDATE: Asst Mgr reached out in an effort to make things right. It was appreciated. She owned the mistake and made a reasonable offer to make up for it. Grubhub’s refund was enough for me. I would say for PR to improve their systems and attention to detail. I’d rather hear my order is late because it didn’t meet their standards and had to be remade, as opposed to getting something inedible. I’ll give them another go in the future but there are so many local options, ya gotta be consistently on your game to keep customers.

I ordered 4 pies for my son’s birthday. The pizza was awful. Half of the pizza looked like it had no cheese on it and some of the cheese was over past the edge of the crust. Then when we lifted up the slices the crust from the bottom flaked off. Who ever made the pizza put no care into preparing them.
