I go here because kids eat free on Tuesday. The staff is why I keep going back. The food is fine. But the staff is friendly and helpful. I hope they are compensated well for their time because if they were not so kind to my kids, I would stop going.

This is SO MUCH more than a pizza buffet. From the time you walk in to when you leave, you will feel the extraordinary difference! I loved this place so much! Besides the pizza bar, there was another bar with delicious fried chicken, green beans, dressing, mashed potatoes and biscuits. The salad bar was loaded with all the right stuff such as grated Parmasaian cheese, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, black olives; you name it and they had it. Then to top it all off there is a separate dessert bar with the most delicious pan chocolate chip cookie I have ever eaten, along with several different dessert puzzas and an ice cream machine. We enjoyed the Christian music playing in the background as well. The young lady working the floor was so efficient at picking up discarded plates and the hardest worker I have ever seen; and she did it with a smile! If you have never eaten here; give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I love Pizza Ranch but our experience at the Springfield location was by far our best one yet. We visited 8/15/23 at 4p and the cashier was the most friendly employee we’ve encountered at any Pizza Ranch in the past. He asked more than once if there was a certain kind of pizza we wanted, he asked how the food was, he was very welcoming. He earned and deserves this 5-star review. Our receipt says our server was Austin W. We will definitely be back.

We went on Father’s Day at a busy time and all the food was still delicious and set out efficiently. Our dirty plates stayed on the table for no more than 3 minutes at a time. The young man at the register was very kind and greeted the customers in an orderly fashion. All of the staff was wonderful in assisting older folk at the buffet or those with disabilities. However, one employee stood out from the rest without a doubt. Josh was absolutely wonderful. EVERY TIME I saw him he was helping a customer, making polite conversation, wiping down and cleaning up, or replenishing the food. He said hi or happy Father’s Day to almost everyone and truly made the atmosphere. Overall this was an awesome experience and I was truly impressed with the work ethic and care from the employees. I will definitely be coming back here!

Worst experience I have had in a restaurant ever! It was the filthiest place ever, there was next to no food on the bar, and the staff were very rude when asked about getting more food out! Also, there was vomit and urine on the floor in the bathrooms that was not addressed

The pizza is not bad, especially if you like Pizza Hut. Much better than Cicis in my opinion. What I go for is their fried chicken. I think it’s better than what you’d find in most chicken joints, definitely much better than what you might expect from a pizza buffet. This particular location has gone downhill a little since it opened a few years ago in terms of service but to be fair they were seriously understaffed. I guess that’s the new post pandemic norm so it isn’t reflected in my rating.

We arrived just before 11am so I expected the change over to lunch. After 35 minutes, no fresh chicken, one pizza, mashed potatoes, potato wedges, corn put out. No dessert pizza, no cookies, nothing. Staff seemed disinterested. A few kitchen workers came out from back and got themelves something to eat. This place was much better when it opened. Seems management has opportunities at this location. I could have eaten cheaper at Golden Corral. Instead I ate small salad, 1 chicken leg and 3/4 piece of pizza. Not worth the money.

Nice place for the family. The best part to me is the many non/pork options or meatless specialty pizzas they put out. All of the food was hot and fresh and you can also make requests. The place was nice and clean and the young girl working the dining room had some of the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Definitely recommend!

For a place called Pizza Ranch, I anticipated more unconventional pizza options. The pizza that was there was okay. The pizza crust was very soft and chewy, almost like confectionery. My fiancé liked it, but it’s not my personal taste. I would’ve liked if the thin crust option had a crispier texture to satisfy my preference. The protein on the pizza was decent, but most pizzas had little to no sauce.
