Tanya, GM is full of compassion, love & care for her employees AND customers. She goes above and beyond to have a clean, neat, organized and flawless restaurant with hot, fresh food. The buffet is absolutely worth every penny. Whether it’s chicken, pizza, salad or dessert, I promise there is no other place to go but Pizza Ranch in Peoria IL. Make sure you carve out time to stay a while and if you can, ask for and Thank Tanya. She has an amazing comeback story and a heart for what she does—serving food with compassion!

Terrible, horrible to say the least. Avoid if your looking for a decent meal. Walked in and was greeted and paid and asked for a Buffalo thin crust pizza, was given a number 2 to place on out table for the pizza. We went up to the salad bar and got a salad waiting for the Buffalo pizza to arrive to the table. While waiting we hear a man yelling across the whole restaurant in an outside voice Buffalo Thin Crust. We have no idea what is going on as we have a number 2 sitting on out table waiting the server to arrive and ask us how many slices should we like, as always but no one came. We walked up to the buffet to out surprise our pizza we were waiting for was on the buffet. We ask and the gentleman at the register with the rude attitude tells us they don’t walk to the table here with the pizza. We ask why would we get the number 2 and he replies Morton and Peoria are two different places and Morton does not walk to your table, we ask why did we get a number if he was going to yell across the place then. Just horrible . The Chicken was so over cooked to the extentit was burnt, the pizza selection was terrible also and never was restocked the desert was empty. I would just avoid and for the record the young man cleaning the tables was so nice, he had a great attitude and he made the visit to where we just did not walk out. We left still hungry, not full, which is ridiculous being in an all you can eat. If your a manger do your job and fix your restaurant as you’re not doing anything right.

Edited : Thank you so much for your reply.
For under $40, a all you can eat buffet for 2 people was definitely a deal.
If you’re by yourself, bring a $20 bill. You pay at the counter, you go wash your hands and you can dig in.
I went Here With My Friend for the 1st time & Had Such A Good Time.
This all you can eat buffet was amazing. I went on Thursday so that I could get their all you can eat deal on wings. After I got done me & my friend left a cash tip on the table, I washed my hands, said goodbye to the cashier, and headed to the door. I do plan on coming back again. The Food Was Amazing. My Favorite Dish Was The Chewy Bbq & Buffalo Wings. As far as the dessert, I Really Liked The Apple Cinnamon Dessert Pizza #Fav

If I could give 0 stars I would we went on a Sunday afternoon paid $98 for lunch and the food was awful and tables were all dirty hadn’t been washed for awhile. pizza what was there was all overcooked and had been sitting for hours it seemed. Salad bar was not stocked well. Chicken was overcooked to a freaking crisp biscuits were Burt all other food was bland and tasteless. Dessert pizza was probably the best thing on the buffet and it was under done. Will never go here again was so disappointed and wish I could get my money and time back. Do better pizza ranch

Food is normally good but if you don’t get it when it first comes out it gets kinda cold quick. Things do run out and takes a lil to get more. Sometimes the staff can be a lil rude but other times they are awesome. Bathrooms are a lil rough most of the times. But it is an awesome place to take the family when we have 4 picky kids they always love it!

The Manager (owner) called her the manager because she definitely didn’t act as if she owned the place!…chased a family around about a receipt after telling them to leave it on the table where it can be seen, treated them like trash as they came in to celebrate their daughters bday & then wanted them to leave before they ever ate anything and refused to give them a refund, this place is dirty the food is always old looking and the customers is trash I have 0 stars to give, nobody she be treated like that when trying to support someone and their business. Added a photo of who to be aware of if she is working just turn around!

We were able to reserve rooms for a very large group after a funeral service. The manager was very accommodating, the staff very friendly, the food was good and plentiful. The day was truly made much easier for us because of our being able to gather at the pizza ranch afterwards. I would very highly recommend them for your group events!

Good food & friendly employees. I, personally, thought the food needed salt which is readily available in shakers on the salad bar. They also have pepper shakers on the salad bar and the drinks area has a variety of sauces you can add in your food.

The Peoria location has improved a lot since last fall. The place was cleaner, the staff more available and friendly, and they were servicing the tables more frequently than last fall when we were there. I had decided to stop going to this specific place because of the negatives last fall, but I had heard that they had done some “cleaning up” and that seems true.
