The Price is Right for pizza and fried chicken! They employ a lot of teenagers so take it easy and it don’t expect them to know what great service is like but, they’re very friendly and take corrective criticism gracefully! The kids love the arcade and Friday and Saturday nights are very very very busy! The perfect place if you need a room for a birthday.

After the tasty chicken dinner delivery we in billings, we had to check out their pizza buffet for lunch the other day! And it was soooooo good. What was really cool – if you don’t see the kind of pizza you want, you just go over to the request station, order it up and get a pager to tell you when its out so you get first dibs! But also super good salad bar, and a delightful dessert bar! We will definitely be coming here often!

We always enjoy taking the kids here. Everyone can choose what they want on the pizza, desert and salad bar buffet. The ice cream machine is always the favorite. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking can occasionally be tight but we’ve always found a spot. The restaurant is clean and the tables are constantly cleaned and dishes removed. I recently ordered my personal favorite pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza and id have to say i was disappointed. 3 slices were completely void of any sauce, cheese or chicken. It appears that it was where the pizza blistered. My medium pizza became 1 meal instead of the intended two.

Workers were nice and they refilled the buffet even though it looked like there was only a couple workers. Arcade had many faulty machines and would take your credits which led to it shutting down and not playing. Skee ball machine barrier was jammed. On some machines, the scanner/device that scans your card and allows you to play was on a certain angle where you couldn’t fully swipe and it would give you “error, please try again”. The pretty much only good games were the driving games, candy scoop machine and some of the coin games. I would not Recommend this place to spend your time and money on.

Tuesdays are kids eat free. family time lots of ppl right? You know your going to be busy. You should have a back up food coming out as each pan gets emptied instead I have potatoes, fries, and corn but have no chicken no gravy no biscuits there was nothing to make a plate with so I decided to have a salad but again all the dressings were empty after about 15 mins I asked if they had any chicken for them to tell me 10 mins or more 30 mins later they being out chicken and it’s almost burnt you could taste it when I did decide to speak to a manager about why there is no food out she tells me we had to use are old fryer because the oil was dirty in the new one okay what about the rolls salad dressing ect as she says yeah idk all I can say is maybe we will do better we gave up on trying to get a meal pieced together to even be able to eat so we thought better get at least get dessert for the 5 adult meals we had to pay for 2 kids were free and once again nothing in the ice cream machine so when the manager comes to check it out guess who she standing waiting to get some that’s right the same ppl that didn’t get dinner before trying to get dessert another customer told me he waited for 30 mins me ns before I got there and a lady right after him said she is still waiting for biscuits and chicken and she was here before the guy apparently I won’t be going back to the heights one we’ve never had a problem with one on King

Paid for my family to eat here and requested no receipt. I told the cashier the rest of the people will come soon (I paid for these people). When the rest of the people come, and I walk over to hand them their cups that I paid for, a lady (NOT the cashier) demanded that I show her my receipt in order to prove I paid for everyone. After telling her I didn’t have a receipt, she repeatedly asked for my receipt. When the cashier told the lady that we surely did pay and we have a right to be here, she demanded that the cashier show her proof of me paying.
After about 40 second of her demanding proof of payment and my family looking at her completely confused, she just gave up and let us finally eat.
Throughout our time there, she stood at the front entrance desk just staring at us. Whenever we would go up to get food, she would keep a close eye on us, even coming to stand near us.
We had multiple staff apologize for her behavior, except herself.
This was gross behavior and I’m not sure what was going on with her that day, but I do not appreciate her treating us like this.
Not to mention we are all way younger than her, and she cannot be older than 30. I cannot believe she would treat children the way she did.
I did got get her name because we just wanted to leave so bad. This happened at the heights pizza ranch on a Friday night at around 6.

I had accidentally ordered a pizza for a different day to satisfy my pregnant wife’s cravings. Silver was extremely understanding and had the order filled with about 20 minutes to closing. Food was great and service was even better. Thanks pizza ranch!

I think it’s kinda ridiculous to charge for children 3 years old for the buffet when they might eat a couple of slices of pizza. I know that we will not be doing our Christmas party or any kind of party there anymore. Very disappointed.
