Went in on a busy Sunday afternoon. Food was on the buffet and they had several varieties of pizza and salad.. It seems the demand was a bit much for them to keep up with. They were better than several sit-down places we tried. The service was okay and the food was okay. Prices were a little high.

Salad was really good, pizza was horrible, ice cream was ok, and the blueberry pie was delicious!
When we first got here I accidentally spilled my daughter soda on the counter top. I figured I better tell someone quick so it’s not a bigger stickier mess. The lady had a big attitude about it and rolled her eyes . When she cleaned the top she wiped it all over and pushed the ice onto the floor. My daughter got a lil scared. She must been having a bad day, but it’s still uncalled for all that attitude!

Odered through DoorDash, Chicken breast had the skin hanging off of it and was greasy and mushy. Biscuit was doughy and not done. Potato wedges mushy on the inside and not crispy. It’s like they made the stuff in a hurry and didn’t care. Didn’t even get to enjoy my food had to throw it away.

This is the second time I’ve been there when they didn’t have lettuce on the salad bar and then looked and there was no chicken either.
The first time I waited quite a while and still no salad or chicken and I finally left even though I had paid. Tonight I asked to see a manager and asked for a refund. He asked if I had the receipt and I told him that I declined to get one since I paid cash. He said that they just put some chicken out so I said fine, I would go ahead and eat then.
I’m hoping that the problems can be corrected so we don’t lose more restaurants in Jamestown.

We have been to many pizza ranch locations And this place was by far the worst. The chicken was cold and dry. There was no salad on a salad bar and this salad bar was filthy. The pizza was dry and there was a bowl of something that looked like spaghetti sauce. It was all crusted over .
the restaurant was dirty. This is not the pizza ranch that I’m used to going to.
For 35.00 a big let down.
If they let you, check it out first….

Food was not fresh. Arrived at 6:50 all the pizzas looked like they had been sitting there for a long time. No dessert pizzas. I asked about any fresh food and they said it would be awhile. At 7:20 still no fresh pizza.

Overall immaculately handled multiple difficult situations in quick succession which is why I’ve decided to review. We rode in, right after state speech. Lots of kids, I don’t think our coaches gave any notice, it was a massive line out the door.
I understand that can be difficult, but the staff handled it perfectly well. The line moved quickly and everyone had ample space to sit. Food took a minute but everyone understood and got theirs soon enough.
Beyond that much, I have dietary restrictions. I felt bad to bring them up when things were so busy, but I did. Staff immediately dispelled any of that guilt. I asked to do a custom pizza and they allowed it. Not only that, at the mention of the custom pizza, staff asked about allergies. I wasn’t going to bring it up, but they did for me. They told the kitchen without me having to ask.
The staff member who was on my receipt and provided the customer service at the entrance was Sahnea F. But everyone working on 4/12/25 at around 4pm should be commended!

Chicken was cold! Then put hot chicken on top of the old chicken that had been sitting there for quite some time! Pizza that was ordered wasn’t that great, ethier! Store was dirty! Said something to a management and wasn’t addressed! I “DON’T” advise to eat here!
