We got there around 8pm and we were greeted by a young man who was very helpful and friendly…the thin sliced pizza and the supreme pizza came out fresh and outstanding….the salad bar needed tidying up but overall, we had a great experience at the end of a long drive for the evening. Thank you to the young man with glasses (I didn’t get his name), keep up the great work!

Arrived at 6pm. Hardly any food out and what was out wasn’t appetizing. Chicken under cooked, no pizza on the line, grumpy staff and manager. Hardly any customers in the restaurant so I don’t understand the empty buffet. I would avoid this location, atleast I got a refund.

We stopped here for lunch and we’re pleasantly surprised. The buffet was excellent!! My husband opted for the broasted chicken bar while I feasted on the salad bar and pizza bar. We were each able to get what we were hungry for… And the buffet price was only $11 for seniors. Everything was fresh and the perfect temperature. While we were eating, we noticed that the owner was restocking the chicken, and walking around to offer fresh hot chicken to customers. My only regret is that I didn’t see the ice cream machine until we were walking out. We wish we had a pizza ranch out in Kalispell!

We arrived at 12:20pm. The pizza was ok. There was not one piece of chicken, no noodles for pasta, no potatoes made. We were there with our family of 6 for 45 mins and none had came out the entire time. Other customers said the same to me. Probably the worst pizza ranch I have been to.

We wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but we won’t be back. The place was dirty just a little after opening. Food spilled on the salad bar, dried crusty stuff on the chicken buffet and the top of the pizza buffet needed a cleaning. There was a random piece of chicken laying on the counter next to the pizza buffet and the counter where the iced tea machine is looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. We bussed our own table because the employees were eating. Never again. Pizza Ranch corporate and/or the health dept needs to check this place out.

Good food at a good price. Pizza, Fried Chicken, a nice Salad Bar, and Soft Serve Ice Cream for desert! You do need to ask if you want a particular pizza put out for the buffet! Overall, a good value for the options!

12 1625 came in around 5 PM. Only two wings and the chicken band hardly any mashed potatoes three or four pieces of pizza people still coming in probably about 40 people altogether lines waiting for food took over 40 minutes for chicken to even get out and over 25 minutes for pizzas everyone was waiting in line. Terrible. . there was only three of us, but there were other people with many more. Pretty sure manager didn’t know what he was doing or at least how to keep that the face full and salad bar was disgusting.

One of first few customers and floors were not clean food was just being prepared when that should have been done before opening , food racks were not all supplied, cooks should have hair nets on and wear gloves and should be reported to the Bord of Health

$61 and change for four people and only one person was able to get enough food to be full. All three buffet tables were empty shortly after we got our first plates. After about 15 minutes the pizza buffet was restocked but there were no plates. No one came to take our dirty plates, the staff was incredibly rude. Dont waste your money here.

Husband loves the fried chicken here. Me, it’s okay. Chicken never disappoints. Asked us what type of pizza, we liked. Brought it out when it was done for us to take the first helpings. Great customer service!!
