We used to go to the southside location but recently started going to the north location. The overall vibe feels more laid back, the folks working seem more chill, and Stephanie (the “mean old lady” haha, her joking words) was super nice and I saw and heard her interacting with other guests, many of whom she seemed to recognize which is always a lovely thing to see when employees recognize customers and can build that relationship with them. While we’ve never had true complaints at the southside location, we do prefer the north side one and will absolutely be back!

This restaurant chain has a name that matches the food!!! Whenever we visit South Dakota, we have the pleasure of eating at Pizza Ranch. The chicken is delicious, very similar to what we make at home. It has a huge variety of pizzas, including sweet pizzas. This Monday 04/03/2024, we were very well received by an attendant belonging to the LIONS CLUB, very friendly and smiling. I don’t forget to say that the price is great. I recommend it and I guarantee the food is the best in South Dakota.

My husband and I stopped in for a late afternoon dinner and we apparently came when they were hosting a Local baseball team. The whole team worked with the staff and cleared plates as well as held the door for people coming in and going out. I personally tipped the kids because I think it was to raise money for their team. And I am so proud of those boys for working hard and showing initiative!!! Great place to eat. Food was fresh hot and delicious .

WOW… is all I can say. My husband and I came in on a Tuesday afternoon. It wasnt busy. Gal at the register asked if there was something special we wanted. Hubby wanted sausage pizza. I wanted chicken legs and hubby wanted breasts… and there was no fresh chicken legs or breasts in sight. We made our way through the buffet and before we could even sit down, Stephanie had a heaping plate of legs and breasts waiting for us. She also made my favorite (cheese six with pepperoni) upon request. AMAZING! She is ANAZING!…. Stephanie, I know you’re reading this girl! YOU THA BOMB! Thank you for the best experience we’ve ever had there!!!

It was just ok. I have been to other pizza ranches and they were much better. This one was not as clean, food selections were not as broad as others and not as many options. It was just okay at best, probably won’t be back to this location, but still like pizza ranch as a business.
