This is the largest Pizza Ranch I have ever been at and has more selections than any other I have seen. They not only asked me if I had a particular type of pizza I would prefer to be put on the buffet but after I gave them that request they asked me if there was another one they could provide.
I arrived at 8:00 p.m. in the place was still significantly busy with people. The buffet was kept filled all the way up to nearly 9:00 p.m. the selections were excellent, and they had items on the buffet that are usually only one or two nights a week offerings to other locations. I would gladly return here again.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel it needs to be shared. My recent visit to Pizza Ranch on 41st was by far the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time.
First, they ran out of food on the buffet. It took over 10 minutes just to get chicken out, and by then most other items were picked over or gone. For a buffet that charges $18.12 per person I expected the food to be kept stocked and fresh. Instead, it felt like I was paying full price for scraps.
What was even more concerning was the lack of basic hygiene. I witnessed employees going into the bathroom, sitting on their phones, and then leaving without washing their hands — only to go right back to handling food. That is not only unprofessional but also a serious food safety issue. When I brought this to the attention of a worker, they showed no concern and brushed it off, which was even more disappointing.
This was supposed to be a family-friendly buffet where food safety and cleanliness should be taken seriously.
This was the worst $67.49 I’ve ever spent at a restaurant, and I will not be back. Management at this location needs to put much stricter rules in place and ensure employees are properly trained on hygiene and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

The food is good especially at the buffet.but I got a pizza to go and they gave me the wrong pizza. The receipt stickered on the outside does not match the pizza inside. Paid extra for stuffed crust and extra pineapple and got the wrong pizza with neither of those things.

Love this location! They always have a variety of fresh hot pizza, chicken, and soup. I especially love the chicken tortilla soup. Their pasta is delicious too with that sweet sauce. I also appreciate the variety of dessert pizzas and chocolate chip cookie pizzas! Yum!

The food was delicious as always, but we were very disappointed in the girl at the register when we paid for our meals. She was chomping on her gum while talking to us, did not smile at all and when I gave her my Pizza Ranch Rewards card, she informed me that there was not an account associated with my card. This is the only Pizza Ranch we go to so I did not understand what the problem was. I asked her if the card was expired for some reason and she said she didn’t know. I have never had a problem using it before. So for four adult meals, the total came to just over $70. After paying for our meals, we were not told “thank you”, “enjoy your meal”, “have a nice day” or anything. The cashier moved on to the next customer in line. We have always enjoyed dining at this Pizza Ranch and one of the main reasons is because the staff is so friendly. We have even noticed several of the staff taking extra measures when cleaning tables and chairs, but this particular young lady did not make us feel welcomed at all. It will probably be awhile before we return.

Best fresh fried chicken when it’s not overly salty, fatty, or undercooked. Try a different batch if you get an imperfect piece. The hot red peppers pizza is very good too! Salad bar is good but no thousand island dressing.

It’s rather noisy and hectic. The food is what you would expect at a pizza buffet. I love their chicken and the desert pizzas are awesome. All you can eat and drink for a reasonable price. Private rooms for gatherings. Kids arcade. Ample free parking.

Good buffet. I go for the chicken, though the pizzas are good too, it’s the chicken I like, hot, juicy and a great crunchy skin. Great place to bring the kids as well, as there is a nice arcade to win tickets for prizes. Buffet has lots to choose from, worth the visit for sure, as it’s a fam favorite.

Today, sadly they were out of the gluten sensitive crust, however, I still had an enjoyable meal. My gluten eating daughter informed me that the mac’n cheese is better than the stuff we make at home cause it’s more creamy and has the best flavor ever! Additionally, they have a dish bussing robot. That was neat!
