This place is so fun. The pizza is great and so is their fried chicken. I love the fact that if you want a specialty pizza they will make it and place it on the bar for everyone to enjoy. The Archade in the back was a real treat for my Son. He loved it!! Its a great place for Birthday parties for sure!!

Placed a carry-out order for a Large Macaroni and Cheese pizza and some fried chicken. It was ready within 20 minutes, and the service was excellent!

Dinning in is awful. Staff wont even interact with guests. They take your money and thats it. We were over charged for my kids. Asked for refund was told we cant refund that is the price. My children are not adults. Food is awful. Pizza has no flavor. Chicken is so under cooked. Nothing but grease. Salad bar is always my favorite but the cheese is always moldy. The smell will make you sick. Food is above the chill line which that is not how you are to use the containers. Salad dressing is frozen. Table on that side set way to low. Theres never staff to come around and collect plates from our table. We had to start stacking on the table next to us. Staff was leaning against walls talking one was on their phone behind the line of the buffet. Then watched him grab food with his bare hands. We got up and left after that. Ordered take out desert pizza. The bottom was over cooked hard as a rock. To many air bubbles in the dough it was all burnt. Cookie was black. Apple desert pizza barely any apple on it hard as a rock. We love pizza ranch and was beyond happy to have one here but the food and service is a 0%. We always go to the one in Grand Forks and the food there is top notch. Thief River seriously needs beyond more training and someone that knows how to cook for sure. We wont be back.

Did a take out for a 12 piece chicken received 0 breasts 4 thighs 3 wings and 5 legs not like a order of 12 I have gotten anywhere except Erls where twice we were shorted 1 breast. We had guests and how disappointing. Thank you for resolving this. The chicken box I received was correct and fresh. It is good chicken.
