Things were rough from the beginning. We should have ran immediately.
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch no tomatoes when I arrived. The person at the counter took the order. I said no tomatoes two more times, totally 3 times and he repeated. The pizza came, and there were tomatoes.
The coke syrup was out when we arrived. We were here for about an hour, told two employees, and it STILL wasn’t working when we left.
The pizza on the line was old, cold, stale, and dry. Chicken was stale and dry. No additional chicken was brought out at all.
My husband had to SCRAPE the soup container to get HALF a bowl. 30 minutes in I asked if they were bringing more soup. The gal looked in the warmer and said she’d check. She then went to the back. 30 seconds later she came out dismissing me. I walked up again and asked about soup. She said “they gotta make a batch”
Our table had no napkins in the dispenser. The tables close to us were also out of napkins. We had to get a dispenser from a different table in a different section.
The floors and tables were filthy. Food, crumbs, spills. The restroom reeked of urine mixed with flowers to cover it up.
Our plates were not picked up once. My husband and I left with a stack of empty plates on our table.
The staff was dismissive, did not welcome us in, and had hardly any interaction. I even was in the restroom washing my hands. As I was finishing, a kitchen worker left the stall and went straight to the kitchen without washing.

I called for a take out order on March 1st. I ordered a small cheese pizza, cactus bread and 4 pcs of chicken. I knew the order was going to be messed up because it took 5 minutes on the phone. The lady taking my order was talking to other people the whole time she was taking my order I got to the drive up and I think it was the cook came and asked what I had ordered. I said order for Larry.
He came back with a small pizza box which I assumed was a cheese pizza.
I said I ordered 2 other things. Then the lady told me to come in to pay because supposedly she couldn’t do it while I was at drive up.
I walked in and stood behind 6 people waiting to eat the buffet.
It took 20 minutes before I got to the head of line. She asked me my name and my phone #. I repeated my number 4 times!! Funny there was no order in under my name or phone.
Instead of asking what she could do she just said SORRY!!! Great customer service. I left and there were at least 20 people in line. How do you not know how to check people in for the buffet if you own the place ???
I’m not sure if there are new owners in Dilworth but when I went there before they always had my order ready.
I will not go there again until they get their crap together and show people some customer service!!

The restaurant was so dirty! The floors were filthy, the napkin holders had a thick coating of dust, tables were dirty, and the back of the chairs at our table were so sticky. The floor by the salad bar was wet and very slick, due to it being dirty, I almost hit the floor! I was so disappointed. We won’t be back to this Pizza Ranch. The stuffing was cold and stale, the chicken was extremely salty and my husband was saying you could tell the pizza had been sitting out for quite a while. The salad bar was almost emptied- and that included the salad dressings.
Bathroom was dirty..
This was not worth the $34 – feeling very nauseous since having our meal there.

Ya know … most people don’t expect 5-Star quality food or 5-Star ratings from an all-you-can-eat establishment – so, I am not going to give an embellished rating.
I can say with sincerely that friends and I eat at the Pizza Ranch regularly for good reason – that the food is flavorful, fresh, and of good quality!
Try their thin-crust Pepperoni or Hawaiian – you won’t be sorry! (They will make these [or your favorite] upon request!)
Their fried chicken is sooooo good – the salad-bar is well maintained & has plenty of variety – and don’t forget the other favorites (like cheesy-bread, mashed potatoes & gravy & stuffing, and desert pizza with soft-serve ice-cream!)
Hope you go there regularly!

Do not, under any circumstances, go to this pizza Ranch. It had been a while since we were last at Pizza Ranch, so I thought we would try it again. BIG mistake. First, as soon as we arrived, there was very little pizza (only a couple of slices). More concerning, after we got our drinks we tried to find a table that was bussed and cleaned. Luckily, we found THE open table. Not that other tables had customers (most didn’t), it’s just that this was the only semi-clean and free of dirty dishes table. We were there for about 20 -30 minutes and only saw one of the tables cleared. If I was a manager, I’d be embarrassed. Do not go to this Dilworth PR.

This is my absolute favorite Pizza Ranch!! I always order the smothered bbq chicken at the register and this is the ONLY pizza ranch that actually smother the chicken the other places squirt cold bbq sauce on it even when specifically asked to smother. The manager Arnold is amazing he is always on the move helping! I wish the CEOs would give this location some tender love and care with much needed renovations! The Dilworth location is very warm welcoming and the food is way better than any other location in the area!

This is the first place I’ve eaten at since living in FM moving from Miami Florida where the chicken was actually good and fully done and I’ve caught it at closing each time I have been the chicken was sauced up and still crunchy Fargo location has never. The people are kind and easy to talk to when they cleaned our table we didn’t have dishes stacked. I will only be coming to this location! It’s not as loud as Fargo location and has a variety of fresh food!

Walked into pizza ranch around 5:30 pm on 2/3/26 . The entryway had dried salt all over the floor, walls, and glass door. This should be cleaned several times during the day. Not very busy and a lot of staff on. Laughter and loud talking coming from the kitchen when we walked into. Not much food on the buffet tables. Salad bar was almost empty and had not been cleaned around the counter of the salad bar. Floors had ground in dirt on the carpets not very appealing. A lot of empty tables that had not been wiped down yet. No napkins in the holders and so much dust on top of the holders, also very gross to use the napkins. This place needs to clean from top to bottom very dirty for a restaurant. I do have some pictures but can not figure out how to add them to this.

Pizza is ok, lots of other canned institutionalized food on the buffet, pizza ranch still has some of the best fried chicken around… but this restaurant is disgusting. Absolutely everything is dirty. Not just dirty, matted, dusty, sticky, slimy dirty. The place STINKS like an old abandoned restaurant. There isn’t a surface in the building that isn’t gross. I’ve never seen carpet in as bad of shape as here, I wanted to throw out my shoes after being here! Place is never busy and you wonder why? Its disgusting. Clean it up…

I come to this Pizza Ranch in Dilworth a couple times a month for their buffet. The interesting thing about coming to Pizza Ranch is I seldom, if ever, come for their pizza. I usually am satisfied with the salad bar, mashed potatoes and fried chicken. The chicken served moves quickly off the buffet and is generally fresh and hot. However the gravy that comes on the side could use a little more flavor. The salad bar is small but adequate. With the purchase of your buffet a drink is included. My least favorite food item at Pizza Ranch is their pizza. I feel the crust is bland and the pizza is far from flavorful. However something about the Ham Pineapple Jalapeno seems to work.
The staff at this restaurant works hard at keeping the store clean and the tables clean.
