We were asked if there was a special pizza we would like before we were seated. All the pizza and chicken was hot and fresh. When our taco pizza was ready it was brought to our table first and then placed on the buffet. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Pizza Ranch is simply amazing! I’m from IN, so whenever I come to MN I make sure Pizza Ranch is on my to do list. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is awesome, and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. I love it! I had them deliver pizza to my bf (who lives in MN and I live in Indiana ) at his work for his birthday as a surprise. They were helpful, and delivered the pizza right on time. It worked out perfectly! Swing by Pizza Ranch for a wonderful experience…

This location is the best. The employees are always nice, polite, and leave you with a great atmosphere. The food is always good and fresh. The place is always clean and all counters are neatly cleaned. I highly recommend the Glenwood, MN Pizza Ranch to anyone. Great place and great food.

Place was semi busy, lots of workers around. None of them were friendly! None! Not one smiled, said more than had to, no greeting besides how many.
The buffet : had 3 pizzas, 1 small thing cheese sticks, salad bar was decently stocked, but have very minimal toppings
Dessert pizza wasn’t fresh, stations weren’t cleaned.
Pop machine didn’t work very well, there minimal choices that actually worked & tasted decent.
Management staff – stood by buffet line/ salad bar line chit chatting, just moving back and forth around people minimal. It’s already a small space & it just got smaller.
There was about 15 clean plates.
Potatoes & gravy were good.
Chicken was dried out stale , like it had been sitting there for way to long.
We were there around 1230ish.
2 adults 1 child. We paid almost $40

We arrived about 90 minutes before close, and the pizza looked like it had been under the warmer for about 3 hours. It was barely warm and tasted pretty stale. I wish we would have looked at the pizza buffet before deciding to eat there.

I was very much surprised and pleased when I got a Return call to let my sister and I know that we could come in for their buffet instead of ordering Online to have it delivered. That was very kind and considerate of the young man. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I just wanna say a big thank you for wonderful, kind Service and atmosphere.

Doesn’t keep buffet full. All there was for the 40 minutes were the same 6 pizzas. Takes take out orders as priority. Needs to balance the take out and buffet. We were a group of 4 paying $62 and we had to wait for pizzas and desserts. I’d rather drive to Alexandria where I know they will have food ready for us!!

I don’t like giving bad reviews. Ever, but this place is like something I’ve never seen. Not using names but I will say the male I was talking to was very respectful. Every other pizza ranch I’ve gone to will allow you to take your crusts if you have a dog at home. I have 2 dogs and wanted to bring the crust home because I really can’t eat them. I have no teeth. I know ironic huh? Man with no teeth eating pizza. I asked for a little box or bag or just something to bring the crust home. Was told they don’t know if that is allowed. I’m paying for the buffet. The crust is still part of the pizza I’m paying for. I asked if another person could come and talk to me too see if they knew more. Not a manager. I’m no Karen. They sent a teen to tell me they don’t do it. Stated The same thing to them. The crust is part of the pizza I’m paying for. I’ll buy a box or something to take home the crust and show that’s all I have in there if they wanted. I guess they did talk to the manager in the back, but didn’t seen anything but teens working. They brought me back a box and told me this was the only time they will do this because it’s not allowed. Don’t know if I’ll be going back there again and I really love pizza ranch. Looks like my business is going to Alex for pizza. At least I can keep the crusts there and take them to my pups.
