Please train employees better. When you vacuum beside the customers please tell them not to pick up stuff off the floor & put it on your table when your still eating. Also if a customer tells you something taste off. Please pull it off the salad bar to be on the safe side. Some of us have had many years in food service. Always better to be safe then sorry. Please do better.

We come to this Pizza Ranch a lot, almost twice a week. Our routine is always the same. While our client eats her meal, we get to go boxes. The first time we ever did this, we asked a staff member if it was okay to eat from the to go boxes as long as we didn’t refill them. She said yes. That was all we were told.I’m sharing this backstory so you have the unfiltered context of what happened. Today, we went in at our usual time and were in the middle of eating when a staff member came up to us aggressively and said, “It’s only two pieces of chicken and two pizza slices. You guys have been coming here long enough to know that. Either follow the rules or get out.”
The way she said it was so hostile and loud that we didn’t even know how to respond at first. We apologized and explained that we genuinely didn’t know because no one had ever told us. And honestly, how were we supposed to know?
What made this whole thing so awful wasn’t even the policy. It was her need to be aggressive and make it loud and public, like her mere authority meant something. All she had to say was, “I just want to let you know this is the policy in case you didn’t know.” That’s it. Instead, she chose to snap at us and make a scene.
She really thought she did something there. In that moment, all I could think about was how small and ugly that was.
There was no need to defend ourselves. When someone’s life seems to revolve around being insufferable and actively looking for reasons to ruin people’s day, there’s no winning against someone that insignificant. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after what happened today, I feel it’s important to share my experience. The issue wasn’t the policy itself, but how it was handled. A staff member spoke in a loud and aggressive manner while we were eating, making the situation public and uncomfortable, especially with other customers nearby. It felt embarrassing and unnecessary.
If there was a policy we weren’t aware of, it could have been explained calmly and respectfully in a quiet conversation. Instead, the approach felt confrontational and ruined the atmosphere, not just for us but for others around as well.

If I could give Pizza Ranch zero starts I would. This place is so disgusting it’s beyond imagination. It’s hard to describe how bad the food here is. Just look at how dirty everything is, how much grease is oozing out of the food and how cheaply made it is.

I went in on Sunday Jan 4th with my whole family to eat after church. $75 later. I found LITERAL mold growing in all of the cucumber slices in the salad bar. I had my plate loaded with vegetables and took a bite of them. My husband then noticed the mold on all the slices and in the whole container. I wish I would have taken pictures but I was too busy throwing up. I sent an email to the restaurant owner about the food safety issue never heard back.

Horrible experience, especially with one of the staff members. It’s crazy that after reading through the reviews, I saw multiple people describing bad service and even posting a picture of one of the workers the same worker that everyone seems to have a horrible experience with. She really goes out of her way to attack customers like a parasite.

Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Buffet was well stocked. Salad bar had some good options for the size. Several varieties of pizza. Pizza was just okay. Fried chicken though was very good! Dessert pizza was also good! Restrooms were very clean.

My great great great great grandpappy used to have a ranch out in Texas long long ago…. He would catch and try to tame wild pizzas…. Then let them breed and make baby pizzas…. He would then try to get certain pizzas to breed with other specific pizzas to try to make the “perfect pizza”…..
He had much trouble with most of his ranch-hands though…. They wouldn’t stop eating all of the pizzas….. So he went out of business…. Go figure???

Great variety, friendly staff that are patient and tolerant of children. The waitress that delivered our pizzas was very professional. Prices are pretty fair and based on age. I’m sure it’s tough to stay on top of the cleanliness with people coming in to eat at a buffet, but there was noticeable effort from the 2 female staff. Love the strawberry salad, not a huge fan of the wings on Thursday night.
