Customer service was amazing! This was my first time at Pizza Ranch and they explained the whole process of how to order a custom pizza that comes with the price of the buffet. Darin was so up beat it was infectious.
Everything I tried was delicious from the Mexican pizza, to the buffalo chicken pizza, the classic pepperoni pizza and the crispy chicken. There was even soft serve for dessert which I read not every location has.

Super friendly staff. I watched how Monica went out of her way to assist an elderly woman and assist another customer with her Spanish (Not bad Monica!). Food was fresh and hot.

Pizza Ranch is one of our favorite pizza places to eat at. We’ve ate at Pizza Ranches in various parts of the country and almost always have had an excellent visit. Last Saturday we visited this location and we were very disappointed. We paid over $40.00 for two adult and 1 child buffet and the food was terrible. It was obvious the pizza had been sitting out for a long time. It was dried out and lukewarm. Even our 5 year old grandson (who eats almost anything!) said, “What is wrong with this pizza?” The chicken, mashed potatoes and stuffing are usually my favorite here but not this time. The chicken was dried out and was barely warm. The potatoes and stuffing were crusty and dry and the gravy was much watery than usual. Worst of all, it had a strong sour odor. I got it back to my table and couldn’t eat more than a small bite. It was obvious the marinara sauce had been sitting in the bowl a long time as it was crusty along the edges and had a weird burnt taste. The bathrooms (both men’s and womens) were dirty. Our tables were not bussed. There were two young female employees (dark hair, short in statute, they kind of looked like sisters?) who were practicing dance moves behind the counter where the cash register is. They had a cell phone propped up and were using that to watch something while they danced. What a disappointment and waste of money this visit was. We left and went elsewhere for supper. As a former restaurant owner, I was appalled.

In town for the holidays and went there with extended family. The manager was warm and welcoming and recognized my grandparents. The staff was friendly and the environment was great. 100% would recommend.

We used to love this restaurant and now it has just gone downhill. Hardly any food on the buffet as the kids working in this store just could not keep up. The plates on every table I looked at were not being cleared, including ours. The salad bar was pitiful. We have gone here for 10 years and we will not be going back. The little bit of chicken and potatoes were good. As soon as the chicken came out, it was a mad dash to get some and then it was gone.

They took the lettuce bowl because it was empty and didn’t bring it out for 20 minutes. There was no chicken at all. No one was picking up dirty plates and no tables wiped down . No desert pizza . Talked to manager how the place was . She replied I’m so sorry that’s all she would say about six times . Save your money go somewhere else . Sunday at five o’clock.

Tried again, 10/11/25 worst Pizza Ranch EVER!!! dining room empty except for full of dirty plates. It has been 30 minutes and 4 tables have been cleaned. There were no forks and spoons, but they filled some but not all. There were no plates for a while. Witnessed staff sitting against the drive thru window on her phone, another sitting on a table talking to her. Mandarin oranges were fermented. Hope you enjoy a place were you can go eat the buffet where people touch the food with thier bare hands, were no gloves or masks. Management doesn’t even try besides a little speech at the beginning about wearing masks or gloves. We spent the weekend on a trip and this was by far the worst experience we have had. We asked for a pizza when we first got there and it showed up an hour later when we were done. Would be zero stars if I could. The state should look into this place!
Reply to owner, my family loves pizza ranch, and we ate a 3 different ones in the 4 day span and this is hands down the worst compliance of the state mandate of all of them as well as any other restaurant that we went too. It is obvious that if management doesn’t believe in the mandate, there is no trying to enforce or even get people to try to. We wore our masks and gloves and people looked at us like There is something wrong with us.

Manager was super friendly! staff was on top of cleaning our plates off of our table, but didn’t say much to us otherwise. Food was good as always! The chicken is fantastic!! Restaurant was clean.
